“5 stars for sure!!! We come into Stowe twice a year and always dine at Salute. We’ve never been disappointed. Mason is always accommodating to find seating for us as close as possible to our desired time. Jen is a wonderful server and we’re usually fortunate to get her. Then there’s the food. Wow! Best meatballs and mozzarella apps ever and from the linguini pomodoro to the chicken or veal marsala to the vodka rigatoni and saltimboca; all delicious. We love Stowe but dining at Salute is always the icing the cake!”

Even though the sauce was poured on top it was more than enough once mixed in. The chicken pesto was great and I got a carbonated apple cider with that. Everything was amazing. Then you can go across the street to gear a creamy to finish off the meal. Great place to stop by. Can’t wait to be back to try more of the menu.”
