Wow. Bread, yogurt, meat, coffee, bread, and the bread... all top notch. Did I mention the bread?
Line was literally spilling into the street for over an hour on Sunday. Service was FAST, friendly, and was absolutely cruising. The locals know it, and now so do you.
Perfect place if you like a breakfast sandwich or avocado toast start to your day. The grilled biscuits were BANGIN.“

“enjoyed a cup of coffee here while my kids went ice skating. cute shop. good coffee. nice little local trinkets to look at as well. some gf baked good options. got the chocolate brownie -only gf baked good with no nuts. seems they have gf bread for sandwiches but I want looking for it. happy to support local! I was shocked and disappointed to see that a Starbucks is being set up right across from this in the center of Main Street Stowe. one of the great things about Stowe is all the local businesses. I'm surprised Starbucks was even allowed. hopefully people continue to buy from the local coffee roasters here instead“

“I have placed many orders with Elizabeth and each time I have been so pleased with the macarons or meringues that I had chosen. The macarons are truly works of art: they are gorgeous and taste even better than they look. Each bite is a delight! I love bringing these treats to friends who, in turn, are surprised by the artistry and thrilled with the tastes. And just when I think that there couldn't be any more flavor combinations, Elizabeth creates another one. I'm looking forward to what she will have for summer tastes. They are sure to be delicious!“

“I’m a frequent flyer at this bagel shop! The FOH Gals are kind and very hardworking! The BOH team make incredible bagels. There is always a line which indicates a fabulous product, but service is so fantastic, I’m in and out in no time. The only thing that could be improved upon is perhaps a designated place to wait for bagels. It can be a bit awkward and uncomfortable to tower over folks while they enjoy their food.
Essentially no notes! They’re even opening up a location in Williston! I love to see excellence expand!“

“Last time I went (years ago) there wasn’t an option for coffee. The addition of the coffee selection is amazing and the amount of flavor choices is S-tier. “I’m in town briefly while my dog is having surgery at a specialty center. I wanted to grab a quick breakfast before picking him up to go home. I mistakenly stopped at a different cafe down the road, was greeted by staff not wearing masks and arguing with each other. I paid for my food because I was caught off guard and didn’t eat it. Found Williston Coffee Shop and immediately felt like I was in the right place. Staff was friendly and polite, wearing masks and keeping customers safe. Food was so amazing and fresh, and coffee was awesome! I’m so glad the first place didn’t work out, because my tomato basil egg sandwich was incredible. I know it’s hard right now, but you guys are doing a great job keeping everyone safe with your extra protocols, and it shows. If I come back to town I will come back, and anyone that visits the veterinary practice will get a referral to your coffee shop from me!“
