“I flew into Burlington VT for a teaching assignment and needed to set up some specialized equipment for the class at the Hilton. Being a little pressed for time and already past normal lunch time I decided to stop by the Beacon at the hotel. I usually prefer local dining but I made an exception and I am glad I did. I was met with two amazing young ladies, Blake and Alison,who steered me through the menu and made recommendations. I also noticed an airline pilot setting at the next table eating a burger. He said his meal was delicious so ordered some sort of quinoa and fresh spinach salad topped with salmon. The salmon was cooked just right and the flavors blended superbly. Thanks Blake and Alison for surprising me an excellent dining experience.“

“As far as dive bars go you can't get any better than ESOX.
You can see the entire crowd right from the door, free pool with purchase of drink, limited food selection but it's a sports bar not really a gastropub. $2 hot dogs and $1 single servings of chips, amazing mixed drinks, double shots, free fooseball with drink purchase, and amazing staff!!“

“We play Red Square on a weekly basis every Friday and each time it's a different yet great and special vibe. The staff is always friendly and superb, the groove always cooks and the drinks are the best in the state. The place just always shines with love and happiness!“
