“Stepping out from behind the bar, Zach filled his role as our Server to perfection. Friendly, informed, attentive and polite, our first dinning experience at Bramble was fantastic! Friends had recommended we add Bramble to our list of options and we're so glad we did. Food was excellent, wine and spirits offered interesting options... Pistols and Pesos was killer! “Visiting my childhood hometown from out of state and went for lunch with an old friend. The service was quick, kind, and very attentive, and took care with my numerous allergies. The food was good and I came back to try the flourless chocolate cake!
They had lots of food options for those with allergies, I wasn't limited to just a few!

The patio is nice but near a busy intersection. I preferred sitting inside to chat with my friend, but outside alone was fine.“

“What a fantastic experience. The staff were fabulous and the food was delicious. Be sure to get their Parker House rolls. The wine menu was extensive and bar staff were helpful with selections. If you are staying at Hotel Vermont, it is right next door. Highly recommend for dinner and drinks.“

“The first place I've ever had corned beef hash cooked correctly, crispy! This was a delicious diner! The service 10 out of 10! Blueberry pancakes, thick rye toast, eggs and home fries! “My husband and I tried the Guild the other night to celebrate my birthday and had an incredible meal. We ordered drinks, the Steak Tartare, rolls, the filet minion special, the ribeye and finished it off with orange crème brûlée and the Guild sundae. Everything was perfection, the wait staff were extremely attentive and friendly. I just cannot say enough good things about this experience. Highly recommend.“

“I cannot say enough good things about Bevo. I never once had to worry about a thing. Kathleen and her staff thought of everything. From our first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. Kathleen was so helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process and offered tons of ideas for things we hadn't even thought of. We were able to create our own menu (build your own tacos as well as a mac and cheese bar) and Kathleen offered excellent suggestions of things to go with it. You name it, and Bevo can do it. Leading up the the wedding, Kathleen was great about checking in and seeing if we needed help with anything. The day of the wedding was wonderful. The entire Bevo staff was kind, attentive and incredibly professional. The chefs out-did themselves, we are still getting compliments from our guests about the delicious food and the abundance of it. Throughout the evening, the staff would bring my wife and I water, reminding us to stay hydrated. They were all so sweet and everything went so smoothly. At the end of the evening, they provided us with two large bags full of food for us to take home, which was a real life saver the next few days with all our family in town. Between the delicious food, and the wonderful staff, we will be recommending Bevo to everyone we see. They are without a doubt the best catering company!“

“I had a great patty melt with good fries. This place is a little divey in the best ways and generally full of locals at the bar. It's comfortable, has a good pool table, has buck hunt (!!), and they make good well Margs. Plus the Patio is in an awesome spot when it’s a nice day out. If you are in Winooski I'd suggest adding it to the rotation“

Best choice we made all day. Everything was fresh and Super delicious,as a Hispanic I can verify they have very authentic food, and VERY large portions!! We also got the fresh pressed juices and they were super refreshing,Loved everything.
Service was quick and very friendly, seems Jennifer just wanted to be an ignorant racist because the woman not only spoke Spanish but she also spoke perfectly fine English and was able to communicate with other clients.

“Super-fun experience at the culinary experience at the Essex Resort in Essex, VT. Our instructor, Denise, led us through the recipes and techniques to create a wonderful Vermont dinner that included roasted root vegetables, braised chicken (in dark beer and demi-glacé) with shallots and a variety of mushrooms, and a lovely kale salad. We were given the opportunity to decorate autumn themed sugar cookies as well as dip tiny apples into a luscious caramel coating. A small group of 9 students made the experience very intimate. Our meal was served with wine and fresh bread accompanied by an herbed compound butter. Denise was a perfect instructor and I would recommend the experience to anyone who loves to cook.“
