“Nice little pub/bar to grab a drink or two. Didn't eat any food and didn't stay too long but the bartender was friendly and the place was clean. Definitely a place that locals hang out. It's small. Probably seats about 20 people or so including at the bar.“

“I flew into Burlington VT for a teaching assignment and needed to set up some specialized equipment for the class at the Hilton. Being a little pressed for time and already past normal lunch time I decided to stop by the Beacon at the hotel. I usually prefer local dining but I made an exception and I am glad I did. I was met with two amazing young ladies, Blake and Alison,who steered me through the menu and made recommendations. I also noticed an airline pilot setting at the next table eating a burger. He said his meal was delicious so ordered some sort of quinoa and fresh spinach salad topped with salmon. The salmon was cooked just right and the flavors blended superbly. Thanks Blake and Alison for surprising me an excellent dining experience.“

Solid drafts at good prices, bar never too packed to get a drink reasonably fast, and both Nathan and Shiva were wonderful karaoke hosts who kept things moving and were great performers themselves. The energy level this team has is like watching a well-orchestrated master piece. Each team member knew the thoughts of the others, the smiles always on their faces soon as you walk in and while you are here to the delivery of drinks and food and closing out the evening. Always helping each other with no complaints nor competitive angles or agendas just pure team work. This is a place we would love to have in our upcoming documentary.
