“Cute little bakery. Stopped there twice on a recent ski trip to Vermont. Their 'Morning Bun' was quite possibly the best pastry I've ever had. We decided to stop again, this time for breakfast on our way home. Breakfast was great, as I expected, and the baking we picked up for the ride was amazing. Hoping to make it a standard part of our trips to Vermont.”
“Amazing food, kind staff, so happy to have this here in Stowe. Long time passerby, first-time diner - finally! Popped in right as they were closing, and they were kind enough to let me order takeout for myself and my hangry toddler. We had the pita and the mediterranean salad, both with the falafel. Unbelievable; my daughter absolutely loved the pickled cabbage in the salad bowl. And a shelf full of goodies including the za'tar spice I've been hunting! Menu's on the fridge for adding to the regular weekend takeout rotation. What a gem!”
“What a beautiful spot. Had a delicious mulled cider with rum and a sugar cinnamon rim. French onion soup was delectable!! My daughter absolutely loved the mac & cheese!”
“We made it to "The Morning Movement Roastery", Sarah made me a true Machiato (light on caramel), and it was awesome. Will try to get back before we head out ”
“Soul mate Brewery is a MUST stop! Great beer, awesome atmosphere and an epically funny owner Jonathan! I haven't had this much fun in a long time! Thank you Jonathan my new Soulmate!”
“We appreciated that the team went out of their way to serve us even though we got in a little late (at 8:40, they close at 9). They didn’t try to shove us out the door, which was really generous.Food is great, as always.”
“I only had a couple beers and an app but I really enjoyed this cozy spot.Who ever the bartender was the night of feb 10th is a beast. Working super hard with a smile.I will have dreams about the duck wing appetizer. If only it came in the KFC bucket size, I may know what food to bring with me to a deserted island”
“We’ve just had a fantastic breakfast here. The waitress was great too! We had to try everything we had never heard of!! The biscuit with the gravy was so good. Home fries were great too. Not so sure about the grit cake. And the pancakes were divine! We won’t be eating again today!!”
“10/10We had the Cottage Club and Freddie’s Chute. Both were fantastic. Bartenders were friendly and working nonstop to make these excellent drinks. Cool vibes. Definitely come here if you’re thinking about it”
“I wish I never went here because now I have to go my entire life knowing a place this amazing exists and it’s not available to me everyday. We got ice coffees, breakfast sandwiches, chocolate chip muffins, and cinnamon rolls, and each of those items were respectively the best I’ve ever had. The pure euphoria I felt while eating their cinnamon rolls can not matched by any drug in world. I would recommend this to anyone within 10,000 miles of Stowe!”
“Fabulous find. Stopped for breakfast on, the way to watch my son race⛷️I had the blue berry, Spinich & Brie toasted sandwich. It was so delicious, we stopped on the way back for lunch. I had the same thing! Everything was fresh and delicious. Spent time looking at all the treasures & handcrafted items for sale.”
“Coming from someone that eats a lot of tacos, this place may have the best chicken tacos in the state. And you can’t go wrong with any of their soups, they’re all amazing flavor bombs and super filling. Can’t recommend this spot enough”
“My husband and I recently took a trip to Morrisville, VT to explore the area for the first time. We took a hike during the day and then had our first brewery stop at Rock Art Brewery. Upon arrival, we met Renée (one of the owners) and their family dog (Ridge). While enjoying a flight of beer, my husband and I had a great conversation with Renèe and learned about their family owned and operated business, their adventures and more! We also explored the brewery’s art gallery and handmade pottery, jewelry and more. We highly recommend this brewery.. great beer, local art, good company and low key atmosphere!”
“Adorable little spot close to the mountain they even offer cbd add ons for all of their drinks not sure why Starbucks would open up on main at knowing this place was right around the ”
“Got the jerk pork mac n cheese - devoured it too quick. Super delicious combo of jerk spices and cheesy sauce with crunchy topping. Quick friendly service. Enjoyed a nice alchemy beer with it.”
“Delightful local restaurant featuring Italian fare. Reservations are a must for dinner. A small cozy restaurant with two fireplaces and a busy bar. Prices are median...for two we spent $130+tip . Split a salad, glass of wine, two entrees and dessertAlways our favorite for a nice dinner date in Stowe. Will come again!”
“Food was great, big sandwiches! The chili was SUPER delicious. They have deals where the sandwich comes with chips and drink and a small cookie. The staff were so friendly and nice. Definitely recommend this place”
“We have had the pleasure of dining at Bistro at 10 Acres three times. The wait staff is fabulous. We have been lucky enough to have the same wait person all three times, thank you Desiree. The food is fantastic. Thank you chefs. Definitely be there again.”
“This is a gem. Great service, the food is prepared with great attention to detail and pride and the prices are very reasonable. My wife and I ate here twice during our visit to Stowe having; a delicious wood fried pizza, juicy burgers cooked perfectly with excellent ingredients and wonderful fresh fries, ribs that were terrific on mash potatoes that could serve as their own meal, so good! Tough to go wrong in this wonderful place, a prime example that all the little details separate a chef from a good cook. Well done!”
“Best local hang, with a warm welcome to Stowe's visitors.Owner Craig has concocted THE best pulled pork san - pretzel bun! Say hi to the best bt's in town: Annie & Marcel- pouring Annie's best signature cocktails.Welcome to Stowe Village!”
“The best restaurant I have ever been to. the parking was adequate, no waiting with the reservation, service was excellent, food was off the chart, and the atmosphere was absolutely ideal. 5/5”
“Fantastic baked goods. Woodland Swirl is an amazing blend of morning bun and cinnamon roll. Breakfast sandwiches are spectacular. And my favorite cold brew in town.”
“We stopped in for dinner during our trip to Stowe. The food was really good. Our waitress forgot our fries and the kitchen had closed, so that was a bummer. She did compensate us though and that was nice. Overall, it’s worth the wait if you can’t get a reservation.”
“This place has it all! After not visiting Stowe for close to 10 years, I decided to stop by somewhere new. for a snack and a cold one. I was so surprised by what they have offer. A full bar, an amazing menu, games, and even a music venue. I ended up bringing my entire family here for dinner and we even stayed to listen to some great music. I think I'll have to visit Stowe more often and when I do I'll be stopping by Stowe Cider.”
“When I'm driving through Johnson, I always stop here.Sometimes I'll drive to Johnson just to have breakfast at Jenna's.The atmosphere is warm and cozy. A gem of a place, housed in a wonderfully restored building, right on Rt. 15.”
“Fresh poured Heady for half the price of beers elsewhere AND the tips are donated to Charity. WIN WINIf you have a chance to try the food truck, the chicken sammie with the plantain bun is a killer. The flavors and textures come together so well. Definitely a great après spot with a group or solo! Always cool people to chat with.”
“Absolutely amazing, if I could give more stars I would. I've traveled and mushroom and Swiss burger was easily top 5 ever. The apps I got was large stuffed tots with peppers and whatever the sauce was fantastic. Perfect balance of happy and healthy food. Would absolutely recommend and will be back soon. Great job”
“I went solo on a busy Saturday. I was going to grab a beer and wait by the firepit outside while a spot opened, however, the host was very accommodating for me and helped me nab a stool at the bar within about 5 minutes. The beer menu was great and I ordered the Crunch Wrap. Do yourself a favor and do the same. It's all the great things about a TB one, but with fresh ingredients and CHEESE MELTED ON TOPPP.The atmosphere is interesting because its a bike shop, but also a restaurant. It's almost like Stowe's version of a Nashville Boot Shop/ Honky-tonk, it just works. I am genuinely disappointed I hadn't checked it out before since I'm not a huge bike person, please don't make that mistake too!I noticed on the menu that they do Brunch Wraps and Mimosas on Sundays and I have yet to make the pilgrimage to enjoy those yet, so you my friend, will have to do that for me.Kid-friendliness: Very open and bustling environment with family friendly options.”
“Moog's Place was able to accommodate our large table of 8 on a whim during a very busy holiday week. Our waitress was great. The food and beer selection were both sophisticated and casual. High quality food all around. It was also 'live mike' night which made for a fun atmosphere. Would definitely return next time we're in town to ski.”
“My favorite brewery--it made me an IPA fan (somehow captures the taste of Vermont, too). I'm a stout, porter, brown, and red fan--their stouts and porters are excellent, too, when available.Too many great beers made here: new brews debut and disappear with regularity--raising questions as to whether they'll be seen and imbibed again or (gasp!) make it into the rotation.Great beer, great staff.Never disappointed (unless a new release is sold out) and always a pleasure speaking to Glenn or Jeremy.Worth a trip from anywhere.”
