“Really nice little spot. The views are outstanding!! The Beer is amazing and the food is great too. I had a lovely IPA called Citur A** Down and shared the Okie Dokie pizza with my mom.”
“Whoa. So good. I never thought I’d find spice this nice in Vermont but the jerk chicken is amazing. And the chocolate rum cake…are you kidding me? Run don’t walk…and they are on door dash. Getcha some.”
“wow!!! we were late for the Mac n cheese and cheeseburger soup .. BUT we scored treats and Shepards pie. wowow.. so absolutely yummie. I may eat the pie all myself. I recommend getting there early and with a hungry tummy”
“This is a cool little place on the side of RT30. Coffee is good. I was surprised only because it is a little shack on the side of the road.On our trips up and down Rt30 we will be stopping for now on .Plus you can find BIGFOOT . ?”
“Glad we stopped! Friendly staff and so many great food and treats for sale. We got the mac and cheese, potstickers, gluten free maple bbq pulled pork, and gluten free apple crisp for dessert. Bought some maple syrup and bloody mary mix to bring home. Looking forward to stopping in again sometime.”
“The maple latte is fantastic! A little bit pricey but definitely worth it. It seems like only one staff (not sure if she is the owner too) is doing all the work. Therefore, it takes time if you already see people in a line.Updated menu, it’s cash only so be ready for it.”
“Cozy restaurant in Vermont close by Mount Snow. We ordered a wide selection of appetizers and entrees and everything was great. The appetizers came quickly. The fried pickles and Wu Tang wings were solid (they can make the Wu Tang Sauce Mild or Spicy). The Golden Bubble White Flatbread was tasty as well. The Dark & Stormy cocktail and grapefruit mule were fantastic. The waitresses checked on our table a few times and helped us find the bathroom. The place was great for a casual dinner.”
“Friendly and quite speedy. This stand has great burgers including a tasty homemade black bean burger on a brioche bun. The ingredients are fresh and the food is made with care. Thank you!”
“I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter last week and it was excellent! I recently moved to Brattleboro and until I found Top Tier Baking Co. I thought my only options for a birthday cake were local supermarkets. Even if there are other local bakeries I'd come back here because of the quality. Britni, the owner, is very talented and accommodating. I'm looking forward to trying her cupcakes! This is definitely a local business deserving of support.”
“This food was fantastic - even driving it back to our airbnb to eat made the car smell SOOOO GOOD! This is true, authentic indian food. i was so excited to see there was a veg place in the area! I talked to the owner for a bit who has a heart of gold and is so friendly ❤️ her cooking was amazing , can't wait to be back … this place is a must try !! ps it is inside the austrian haus lodge ; walk in and it's on the right”
“Friendly tap in Dover, VT. Not a huge place, but they accommodated our party of 11! The service was excellent and food was good! A decent pub style menu with lots of casual options for the group. We'd definitely go back!”
“Fantastic steakhouse and very reasonably priced for the quality and portion size.Came with a group of 10 and we were impressed with the service and the food. 10/10 would come back and recommend to anyone around Mount Snow.”
“Fantastic find on the way to Mount Snow for a vanilla latte. It was delicious, creamy and hot and made by a lovely, nice woman. Planning to make another stop tomorrow!”
“Why didn’t I think to write a review sooner? I’ve been buying Kelsey‘s bread for years now and it really is a nutrient rich, dense, healthy vegan bread, unlike some of the potato starch and egg breads you can find in the freezer section. The nut pies are mostly nuts, not sugar goo, and the crusts are light but hold together nicely. My daughter is mad got the whoopie pies. And now they have a bread CSA!!!”
“I recently visited CNS with my Father in Law during a Snow storm. It was my first time, but he's been a fan. I see why. CNS is not fancy, but it's still a cool place. They have a one of a kind hockey rink shaped seating counter. So it's almost like you're eating with everybody there. There's an open area in the middle and the servers work their magic from there. I enjoyed the CNS crew quite a bit. Good people. My Father in Law raved about the corn beef hash. And he was right. It was very flavorful. For a standard style of corn beef hash, it was a good step or two above average. I've had better hash, but I'm not sure I've had better traditional style hash. Sorry no pic. It was on my Father in Law's plate. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a biscuit. Great biscuit. Flavorful. The sausage, egg and cheese were all good. I'm a fan of CNS. If you like classic old school diner vibes, I'm pretty sure you'll like it too. 4.5 Stars”
“Great place for a quick pitstop. Highly recommend having cinnamon rolls amd some of their cakes. The cinnamon roll is too much sugary if you are okay. Tiramisu and chocolate cakes are awesome.”
“Hannah created a variety of unbelievably delicious cookies, brownies, and mini-pies for my wedding this past weekend. Everyone was raving about the dessert, and my only regret is not ordering more! I would highly recommend Butter Mountain Bakery to anyone hosting a small get together or event.”
“I met holyoke hummus at the farmers market in Northampton. Where l bought some of their hummus. I am now addicted. It is the best hummus l have ever had. They also sell grape leaves ,chips, and other delights. I highly recommend.”
“I stopped in for dinner while visiting Vermont for work. The interior is beautiful: the dining area is lots of wood and metal with old motorcycles on display, and the bright, clean open kitchen with its gleaming copper oven in the center is great eye candy while you wait for your food.I've never had anything like the eggplant fries, which were crispy just before melting in my mouth, and are a must if you like eggplant. The garlic parmesan cauliflower was crunchy with lots of garlic flavor coming through - a nice "healthy" option. For protein I went with the chicken tenders which were great, but nothing unexpected there.Service was very friendly. I sat at a large common table as the private tables were reserved, but the hostess let me know that I could have a private table if I wanted when a reservation was canceled. My server had a bubbly personality and was helpful in explaining the menu. The crowd was mostly adult, but I noticed a family with kids having a good time. The place is a little noisy, but it's a very positive energy. Prices are very agreeable; I spent more on a similarly sized meal at a chain restaurant in Lebanon, NH. There aren't many restaurants in the area, but this one should have you covered if you're looking for a solid meal with a nifty atmosphere.”
“Snow Republic is the best! Been going there since day one. The beer is always great with a nice rotating selection, the food is top notch, the fried chicken sandwich is ??? as are the old bay wings. Have to mention Michelle and the rest of the staff who do a great job day in and day out dealing with all of us! Highly recommend!”
“This place is fantastic! John and Lindsay are lovely and so friendly, we love sitting at the bar and getting their recommendations. They have a great knowledge of wine and really delicious cocktails. The wine selection is wonderful, hands down the best bottles in the area. Highly recommend stopping in for a drink, a bite, and some bottles!”
“This is a phenomenal little cozy Vermont restaurant. Delicious American fare, cooked perfectly. An incredible beer lineup too. Guitarist on a Monday night to boot. Families here and feels like a place run by a family who genuinely cares about the restaurant experience. Bravo!”
“Stopped in randomly. Great service. Nice warm fireplace. Excellent food. This will be on our rotation of "hey, let's drive 90 minutes to get dinner" places.”
“We are so glad we had a chance to get to this place at end of ski season. It was so good, fab ambiance and great staff. Such a bummer we just tried now! But now we have something to look forward to when we are back in Vermont. In summer or next ski season. ?”
“Quite simply the best. Great food, quaint atmosphere and excellent service from the staff. Step back New Yorkers your NOT in the city anymore. The quality and price is excellent for a down to earth restaurant in a great town. Next time I'm bringing my friends!!”
“Very good pizza! Stopped in on my way from New Hampshire back home to New York. Pizza was very good and reasonably priced. The staff were very polite. There was no indoor seating which was a bit of a let down, but no other complaints ”
“Was able to do a quick zoom meeting on the free wifi at the corner table because they weren’t busy. The bathroom was clean. The donuts weren’t super fresh. The staff was really nice. This location must have recently been redone, the interior is bright and new. They have regular milks, coconut, almond and oat milk.”
“Large Pepperoni, bacon, sausage, black olives.Large spinach, peppers, onions, black olives.Big hit with the kids. A little pricey but not garbage pizza. They didn't skimp on the toppings. Cheese was good quality. Veggies were fresh. Meats aren't too salty”
“Recent expansion has not lowered food quality or service. A good diner experience of consistent high quality food, good service and reasonable prices. Only nit is food usually takes a long time after you order. We are regular pateons and plan on breakfast being anywhere from 30 mins to an hour in total.”

“Kid-friendliness: Games available for the kids while they wait. If you are considering this place,… don’t skip on it. Just go! So much flavor in the artichoke pizza. Great day date with my husband.”
