“This review is way overdue. We visited back in the fall. Tasting the wines was great, but the highlight was sampling Camilla's sherry. It tasted like Spain! It brought me back to a tapas place in Seville with one sip. Both she and her husband were warm and welcoming to two wine novices. A delightful surprise in Vergennes!”

“I lived just up the road from 3 Squares for a few years. I went in for iced coffee nearly every day. No matter how busy it was, I was always greeted with a smile and felt like I was part of the 3 Squares family! Everyone was kind, the food was consistently great, and I can’t recommend this place enough! Miss yall, anytime I’m in town I’ll be back!!”

“Wonderful brewery, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Some of the best beers I've ever tasted, love their hoppy beers and even the ones that aren't. Even though they specialize in hoppy beers, their other offerings, such as Heavy and Barrel-aged Heavy are outstanding. And I confess I still crave their one-off Barrel-Aged Old Ale, a beer that lives on in my memory.”

“Simply the best sandwich place around. The bread is absolutely delicious and is what pushes their sandwiches to a 10/10 instead of just an 8 or 9. Everything else is cooked and made perfectly; excellent portions and reasonably priced. Service is fast and tireless, they work hard and it shows. I don’t often tip for pickup service, but I always will here, and at 20%+. Highly, highly recommend Paisley Hippo.”

“they have water and king cake, and they played young folks. our group of 5 20 somethings had a time for the ages. our server was a chivalrous young 20 something (one). we played dominoes and sorry and it felt like all the good memories of childhood and none of the bad. best to visit after a good sledding adventure or even if you’ve just hit the golf course.

Everything was delicious, they were very punctual, everyone's dietary restrictions were accommodated, and it was all very reasonably priced! These are hands down the BEST TACOS ive had since I moved here from the west coast!! Everyone loved them! “Great food, friendly service, very reasonable prices. That's what keeps me coming to Papa Nick's, usually once a week (more often in the summer). And I have to drive over the mountain from Fayston to do so. I love this place--Voula does a fantastic job. I just wish they could some day go back to having their Greek Nights on Thursdays. (They do have occasional Greek entrees but it's just not as predictable as it was before the pandemic. Then again, nothing is...) Highly recommended!”
