“We are picky eaters with very specific requests. Hannah gets it right every time, with a smile. More than once she’s been the only one behind the counter, with a line that goes to the door, and a train on online order slips. Where most would get flustered she just keeps on keeping on. She acknowledges every person who walks through the door.
It’s unbelievable and unfortunate that she works alone at the busiest time of the day.
Food choices are limited in northfield, so I come often. Usually there is a 10 minute lapse in wait time due to staffing issues.“

This feels more like going to a neighborhood deli than a Subway. The place is so clean and everything is so fresh. I usually don’t review places but these people deserve 5 stars all around.“
