“Clean restaurant and food made well, but time to get rid of the paper straws and reopen the drink machine folks. Imagine a large Coke in a plastic cup with a plastic lid and a dissolving paper straw?!?! What sense does that make? Also, COVID -19 is long gone - were big kids now - time to reopen the drink machine already. Waiting at the counter for 5 minutes for a refill is a bit much.“

“This is your typical subway located within a convenience store. They don’t seem to have fountain drinks so getting a “meal” isn’t an option. Also occasionally when they only have one person on duty they may take a break which makes ordering online temporarily unavailable.“

“Hot sunny day. Ordered a root beer float ($6.50 + tax). Was handed a tall plastic glass with 2" of vanilla soft-serve in the bottom and a WARM bottle of root beer.“
