“We were in a hurry because of a last-minute decision to purchase play tickets, and this place got us in and out quickly!! The food was amazing. Ribs fell off the bone! I also had the brisket, which was flavorful and so tender! The bar b que sauce was perfect.“
“Once again trying out Harpoon Brewery at their Windsor location. I have have had good luck with with Harpoon in the past and this experience was no exception to this positive trend of experiences. Steve and I had their New England Pale Ale which we both really enjoyed a lot! Flavor features to find with this beer are hoppy and juicy. It is light bodied and comes across as very refreshing and is bright in color. A very pleasant drinking experience with Harpoon once again! Cheers!“
“Great barbecue shack. Very limited seating, and the windows are plagued by air infiltration. The wait staff is responsive and uber-friendly. VERY tasty barbecue sandwiches. The mac-n-cheese side is delicious and likely rich in calories.“
“Ava's candy corner is the best candy store in town. I would recommend going there they have everything you would need..the candy, ice cream, rolled ice cream, cotton candy, the macaroons and the freeze dried candy all of it is great. The owners are very kind and they care about there customers.“
“Second time back,came with the entire family this time,forgot how pretty and friendly the place is.Had dinner last night,they always have a few specials to the menu,scallops appetizers has delicious ,I had a veal tomahawk chop,it was cooked to perfection,we also had salmon ,veal shank,burger and pasta ,need I say there were no leftovers. Tender of the Bar was right on top of everything,we were all checking in at different times so we were hanging on the couches waiting for all to arrived,she had a assortment of special drinks ,and kept us entertained as well,most of the staff I remember from last year's visit,everyone was exceptional“
“I've been here numerous times over the years and generally liked it. However, our group was generally disappointed with our dinners and certainly didn't warrant the prices charged. The $40 filet mignon was well past the requested medium rare, pretty tough, and lacked flavor. The Thai salad ($27 I think) was mostly soggy vegetables on pasta.“
“This was definitely a good choice for us! The food was absolutely amazing and the chocolate lava cake was wayyyy to good. Our server, Ilena B. was so sweet and nice, very friendly and was right on top of things without being in our faces all the time. We enjoyed talking to a Buckeye fan!
