“Firebird Cafe is awesome. I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s always delicious and the vibe is great. We were there yesterday morning before the solar Eclipse. The town was crazy with so many people traveling through and the restaurant was very busy. It was clear that everyone was hustling and working hard to get customers their orders. The staff still took the time to be kind and chit chat with us for a moment despite how busy they were.Unfortunately, they had to deal with a severly verbally abusive customer from NY that was screaming at the entire staff that his order was put on the wrong table for a brief moment. It was quite frightening, and the staff handled it with patience. It was clear that the young child he was with was extremely distraught and upset, and other people waiting in line were concerned for her welfare as well. Had we been thinking faster, we would have called the police. It was clear they were doing their best to serve the massive line of tourists that flooded the town this past weekend. I would definitely recommend them as they are professional, friendly, and always have great food!“

“Fantastic tacos! The staff is very friendly and helped us with what to do in the area! Not the cheapest around but totally worth the price. Two super stuffed tacos come per order. Try the house made chorizo - it is not very spicy but there are a variety of hot sauces to spice it up! The star was the garlic fries - crispy fresh made fries with an amazing garlic sauce!!!!“

“I was a little apprehensive of how our meal would be because of previous reviews, but I'm glad I didn't listen and went to find out for myself! We went to dinner around 5:00 on Valentine's Day. When we walked in, there were a few other tables. The service was wonderful, the servers were attentive and very helpful with answering questions about the menu. We had a great meal paired with some margaritas. The food was very good, hot, and tasted fresh. The margaritas were very good as well. The restaurant wasn't too loud, even as more guests arrived. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here and glad we chose Agave as our valentines meal!“

“I made a pickup order from my cellphone parked 4 minutes away. App said 30 min for pickup. This was a 9 person order. I pull up and I see them packing a pickup bag! It had been ten minutes. I was excited because I had hungry kids. I walked in and in under 15 minutes not only did they have my order ready to go- and I was greeted immediately- but they got EVERY SINGLE order correct. Down to the olives. I go to Moes every time I’m in Williston, and I continue to be impressed by their service and food.Vegetarian options: It’s a build your own!“
