“I’d like to start out by saying La Casa has good food, that being said I’m very disappointed! I know it’s Cinco de Mayo so I put through an order this morning for a 6:30 dinner for my family, whom I have been telling all day we were going to have Mexican for dinner. My wife shows up after 6:30 and is told it is going to be an hour and half wait for an order the company has had literally all day to prepare for. I completely understand the stresses companies have under the present situation, but this is bad management and bad business. If you are going to take pre orders you have to honor those orders. Last minute orders should never take precedence over those customers who thought ahead. My family always eats Mexican on Cinco de Mayo but not this year, I have no food ready for my family now. I’m very disappointed, this was no way to treat an avid customer...“

“Today was my first trip to Vermont’s Worst Taco Bell, and honestly it wasn’t that bad. Sure, the toilet was unflushed and seat sprinkled with pee, used paper towels strewn about the floor.. sure, I waited 20+ minutes for my meal.. the service was indeed uninspired… but when I got the food, it was hot, tasted fresh, and was prepared correctly.

I ordered a luxe box and doritos taco and requested all items be without lettuce, and there was not a speck of lettuce to be found! And included everything else expected on each item. Pleasantly shocked at the success rate!

And for that I’m giving 5 stars to drag up the avg a bit.. at below 3 stars avg I really thought this place wasn’t worth my time and resigned myself to Taco Bell as an out-of-state vacation activity only. But after seeing it for myself, this location has turned things around at least a bit from the rock bottom other reviewers have thoroughly dragged them for.

So uh, take your chances! It might work out in your favor. 💌“
