We had a wonderful time! Also I would like to add the oil for frying the fish is so clean! I'm very impressed I don't know why we didn't show up sooner! “Great smoked salmon from a local Bellingham company. The quality was impressive and I really enjoyed the wooden gift box it came in. I served it to my family for Father's Day and and it was a home run. Also I really appreciated that it was gluten-free, healthy and I was supporting a local sustainable company.“
