“GM Karry Cha went above and beyond to accommodate our large order. The order was placed online and the system did not send it over to the team. Karry made sure we had everything on our order and was able to manage this issue during a lunch rush. I appreciate that Karry and her team went above and beyond to fix this issue what was caused by the Chipotle website.“

“I forgot to get their name, but I was an hour late picking up my order due to the trains going down and dealing with the shuttle busses and they remade my order, no extra charge. I literally almost burst into tears, I was so grateful. Thank you for making such a miserable afternoon 10 times better.“

“Pretty reliable in consistency for a Chipotle, pretty rare that they miss anything in my order. I have also learned that certain times of the day are better to order from here than others. Pro tip: If you are getting takeout or delivery, and have an oven at home, throw the chips in there for a few minutes to make them crunchier.“

We are a celiac family, and she took all my concerns about gluten cross contamination seriously and she was so kind about the inconvenience I put her through. It’s employees like Joselyn who take the time to make sure things are done right that make the experience.

“Overall, you get what you pay for and the food is exactly what I expect, but I have found this location to be better than others in the area. I rate it 4 stars as compared with other similar chains.

Vegetarian options: They do have a protien option that is tofu based.

Kid-friendliness: Busy and loud so nobody is going to care about your kids.“

“It's difficult to ignore the other reviews about this Chipotle location but I'll explain my rating.

I've visited this location a few times and everything has been okay, nothing extraordinary to report. During my last visit, the tortilla for the burrito broke while the person preparing it was trying to wrap it. They transferred the contents to another fresh tortilla. This happened while I was paying. When I looked into the bag, the burrito was half the size of any burrito I've ever had at Chipotle. I was going to let it go, but it was one of those days when I was expecting just to eat something consistent without any surprises (hence my visit to this place).

I asked to get my money back and I returned the half-size burrito. Ryan, the manager, apologized for the situation and prepared a new one for me. It broke again when trying to wrap it, but he asked if it was okay to use an additional tortilla, which is what I've been usually asked before. He used the situation as a learning experience for the rest of the staff.

So, my rating is more about how they may be improving their service, taking into account user feedback. Hopefully they will keep trying their best. ☺️“

“I am so grateful for the staff at this chipotle. I ordered online for pickup right when they open at 10:45. I arrived 10 minutes early and the staff allowed me to wait inside out of the rain. Thank you! This small act of kindness saved me from ending up a drowned rat in the work meeting.“

“Chipotle is consistently the most affordable meal in the area for the amount of food you get—when getting a bowl. Chicken bowl is the way to go, white rice black beans.
- This location was generally dirty and had an awkward set up with the drinks/condiments. Staff was nice but just made some errors getting my side of guac to me.“

“This is both the best tasting and the most efficient chiptotle I’ve ever been to hands down, I go almost two times every week. When the line is out the door you will get you food within 10 minutes. The quick food turnover also means they have to replace the food often, so the meat usually has only been sitting out for <20 minutes. Gotta be on of my all time top 10 restaurants no joke.“
