“I used Christies Catering to cater a surprise birthday party for my wife. This was my first time using a catering service. I lucked out by choosing Christies. They walked me through a menu which included a cheese, vegetable, fruit and meat tray, shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad, rolls, cooked vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes and braised short ribs. She made everything we had agreed on and more. My wife and our guests raved about the food. I highly recommend Christies catering. Christie and Teanna are the nicest people to work with. “Shawn and the rest of the crew at Choice Catering went above and beyond on our wedding day. First, the food was delicious! We had the grilled salmon and roasted chicken with 3-4 sides. Our guests raved about how it was one of the best meals they've had. Second, the service was outstanding. We didn't even notice the staff bussing tables, we just realized how clean everything was after dinner. Third, Shawn made us feel very well taken care of and threw in little extras to make our night even more special, such as linen napkins instead of paper napkins for no additional charge. 11/10 would recommend!“
