“We could not have been happier with both the food and the service we received from Dombrowksi Catering, Margaret and her staff. We had a destination wedding and planning from afar was stressful, but Margaret gave us so much useful information in advance. We were unable to taste the food from any of the caterers we contacted, but we decided to go with Dombrowski because we immediately liked Margaret from our phone conversations. We were so happy to discover that the food was delicious! We had a stuffed chicken breast and a salmon entree, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, fruit/cheese/bread - all of it was delicious and many of our guests commented on it as well. In addition, Margaret and her staff on site that day were so helpful, so happy, so friendly, so accommodating, making sure everyone was enjoying themselves and everything was going well. They really went above and beyond everything we hoped and were an integral part of making our wedding day perfect! We can't recommend them highly enough!“

She was quick to respond, answered all of my questions (I had a lot!) and never made me feel like I was a bother. Without us even asking, she even went out of her way to talk to the Chef about making our entire menu gluten and dairy free knowing that we were both dairy free (we had only asked for special plates). The day of the event the staff was right on time, friendly, super helpful and went above and beyond to make it perfect for us.
