The day of the event the staff was right on time, friendly, super helpful and went above and beyond to make it perfect for us. “We could not have been happier with both the food and the service we received from Dombrowksi Catering, Margaret and her staff. We had a destination wedding and planning from afar was stressful, but Margaret gave us so much useful information in advance. We were unable to taste the food from any of the caterers we contacted, but we decided to go with Dombrowski because we immediately liked Margaret from our phone conversations. We were so happy to discover that the food was delicious! We had a stuffed chicken breast and a salmon entree, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, fruit/cheese/bread - all of it was delicious and many of our guests commented on it as well. In addition, Margaret and her staff on site that day were so helpful, so happy, so friendly, so accommodating, making sure everyone was enjoying themselves and everything was going well. Of all the caterers I’ve experienced around the world, her food is by far the best. Everything we’ve ever ordered is flavourful, beautiful, and well packaged. It’s especially tedious preparing for private jets as we have specific packing requirements and space and reheating can be tricky, but she always makes everything perfect. Our VVIP clients always love the food also. Very grateful for the many times she’s made my job easy, and made me look good!“
