Starbucks in Auburn

“Very clean, but almost to clean, sterile like, kind of uninviting atmosphere. Hard wooden chairs that make horrible noise when moving across the floor and not comfortable at all. Staff was helpful but distant and distracted. I'm not familiar with Starbucks drinks but I had to add more sugar into my drink“

“This was a great place to deliver to! If you haven’t been here before, when you pull in, take a right and go all the way around the building to the left. On the opposite side of the warehouse you will come to a guard shack on your left-hand side. The guard will check you in, take all of your information & depending on when your appointment is, you’ll have to park in the staging area. Less than 30 minutes from checking in with the guard, security knocked on my door and I was given my dock door. After backing into my dock door, I went to check in at door 226. The check-in process was simple, and the employees were super awesome. The unloading process was really quick. My appointment was for 6:00am. I got there at 4:30am, was given my door at 5:00 & was offloaded and out the door by 5:45am. The guards were super cool. Everything about this DC, from the guards, to the employees, to the unloading process was what I wish all deliveries were like and should be.“

“Starbucks is Starbucks but the staff and service here make it different. The homies here are friendly and always quick (Shout out to Makayla for being cool). The service makes me feel bougie (I might be exaggerating a little bit). I appreciate the consistency of quality over the years.“

“First time at new store. Went through drive thru. Placed order and confirmed. Very friendly staff, fast service. Ordered 2 blueberry scones of which tastes old and is dry. Ordered 1 bacon egg bite and 1red pepper. Received 2 red pepper egg bites. No phone number to call. Will go back tomorrow to hopefully be credited correct item.“

“I like Starbucks, but the coffee taste burnt, some ppl like that taste others don't, and I'm one that doesn't so I don't buy the coffee however I do like cold tea so I enjoy the greentea, I just wish that I could get my tea to taste yummy each time, but it doesn't and that is due to whomever is making the drinks that day, would be helpful if the tea's were already seeping b4 I order this way the flavor of the tea would stand out more. I know how busy it can get and many customers are way to impatient so it's understandable why every drink can not be perfect each time, but other then my little quirks I still like starbucks and will continue to come and be served!!? ?“

“It's Starbucks it never disappoints. I love the wide range of choices in personalizing my coffee. I can't drink regular cows milk, and don't Ike soy at all. So getting coconut milk, Chai latte. It is surprisingly close to the delicious Chai served throughout India. I don't go often, I simply cannot justify $5 for tea or coffee. As a treat, absolutely! I love the consistency, friendly service. Award winning for sure.“
