“Absolutely the Best Starbucks in the City! Their Staff is the Best! Great Baristas and great Coffee.This is my Favorite Caffe Place-if I stop in the morning here I get Happy Great Day ahead of me! Their Staff are very professional and friendly,the service is always great and quick.I enjoy my coffee here.The Manager of this Place knows what is he doing.Thank you for making my coffee delicious every morning!🫶🏻☀️✨👍“

“A note for whomever decides business hours. Shift change for nurses at the hospital is 7PM, and there are a lot of nurses incoming and outgoing that would consider buying drinks for work and for the drive home. Lots of drinks and foods that could be had. Just FYI“

“Most of the Saturdays after I dropped off my kids for karate’s I always go here to get a pistachio latte and double smoked sandwich for a late breakfast.

I like the sweet voice for any of the barista who takes my order.

It’s better than other Starbucks nearby.

“Winterstar deserves a raise! They elegantly provided me with ice and remembered my order from yesterday, whilest pouring the ice from the alantic she did so quite fast and with a smile of sunshine! Please provide her with a raise as she has mastered all aspects of customer service and will need to be placed in the highest paying position of the field or I am requesting for her to get a two dollar raise.“

“These guys are the absolute best. Very friendly and on top of things. No matter how busy, they are fast and accurate. Also would like to recognize staff thats been there for a while for training newer staff to get up to speed. Thank you all so much. 💝“

“This Starbucks is underrated. The employees there do their best to make people happy, and I was not even a customer. I went to the location to pick up coffee grounds, and the baristas at different shifts never hesitated to help me out. They went above and beyond. One barista dove into the bin and recovered a huge bag of ground, and the other emptied out all the brewers and packaged the ground well for me. I took them for granted. I went to another location and expected free coffee ground, but the barista said she was not sure if she could donate coffee ground to me (come on it is trash for you).“

“This is a small Starbucks, but the staff are incredible! I stopped here with a very hungry/upset infant. They helped me get warm water by mixing it just right and helped me settle to feed her. They also made my drink order perfectly and soothed a frazzled mom! Thanks for the amazing service and support!“

“Perfect as always— the baristas here are always very friendly and attentive, and they get my order right each time. I’ve never had any issues here (then again, I’m not too picky). The team’s manager should be proud of their baristas!

It can get very busy during rush hours and lunch time, but that’s to be expected everywhere.

“Very fun coffee experience. I came in with a photo I saw on reddit of an iced coffee with extra caramel, extra strawberry puree, and whipped cream. The staff, maybe the manager, said wow and we backwards engineered a hot caramel latte equivalent. I can see the universe from the sugar. It's delicious and tastes like liquid gold as my coworker who tried it says.Thank you for the fun coffee! Not something I can do every day since too much coffee makes me shakey but my favorite in a while. Caramel and strawberry flavoring are my favorite.“

“To begin, this full service cafe is located inside T-Mobile's corporate building #2, and therefore only T-Mobile employees and guests are able to enter the building and visit this location so please visit another location if you aren't able to come in. Its a great convenient location for employees and is perfect for meetings.“

“Service is always quick and friendly. I go to this location often, if you want a seat near an outlet you may wait a bit, however there are plenty of outlets to go around. I have only been to this location once when the seating area was nearly empty.
The food is always hot and the drinks are decent. I'm not a fan of most of the coffee beverages they offer but I do enjoy their cold brew. There are several breakfast items to choose from at a low cost as well as some sandwich offerings and sweet treats. As far as Starbucks locations go, you can find one in most shopping complexes and strip malls, but this one's my favorite.“

“Did a mobile order on the wrong location. Sage, one of the baristas was super kind enough to make my order and call the branch I sent my order to cancel it. Customer service is top knotch here and that is something you rarely see these days. This will be my go to starbucks from now on“

“I know it’s Starbucks, but this place is genuinely a local coffee shop that i recommend people goto. The staff are nice, if you come often they will remember your drink and you. It’s always clean and there is frequently cool stuff going on here.“

“The barista (new??) became upset when I ordered small cup of water, which I do sometimes to hydrate, she told me to order it from the cashier as they keep inventory. Sorry. Didn't know that and I've been going to this Starbucks for several years and I merely forgot to place an order for water which happens sometimes due to lack of caffeine. She was upset (overworked?)“

“After leaving Cactus restaurant on the 3rd floor I stopped at the Starbucks on the 1st floor to inquire about a birthday drink. I was greeted with a smile from a very vibrant Sami with blue hair. Sami asked her coworker Susan for support with making me a protein drink. Susan was very knowledgeable about coffee which ultimately yielded an amazing drink. But these two women were the nicest and most helpful. I’m grateful to have meet them both. Sami’s kindness was a great birthday gift for me.

“Pretty standard Starbucks in a target. There were only two baristas on hand during a very busy period but they did great! They were out of a couple things but provided recommendations to substitute our go to items which ended up being very delicious!“

“Lovely store and friendly staff. I stop by here most days before work and even sometimes on my days off even though it’s out of my way. They always get my drink right and make a point to greet/thank me. I usually do mobile order and have no issues whatsoever.“

She is such a gifted barista I literally can not believe she is not CEO. To further emphasize her aura when I got home my drink jumped out of my hand. “WOW. Truly the MOST FANTASTIC Starbucks experience of my entire life. Not only was my beverage delicious, but the service… second to non. Thank you to my barista Tyler. He was kind, genuine and talented. I have never tasted a Starbucks beverage as delicious as the one he prepared for me. Not only did it quench my thirst for a Starbucks beverage, but it Fulfilled me spiritually emotionally. My heart filled with warmth from the second I took my first sip. Until the second I left Tyler had a smile on his face leaving me feeling warm and fuzzy inside. Thank you Starbucks inside of Safeway. You have changed my life and I will never forget this.“

“I was so tired and jet lagged from travelling and while their nitro cold brew was not working, I got my backup option and the service was great.Would give it 5 stars but it seems like the Starbucks nitro machine is like the McDonald's ice cream machine...frequently broken but always a favourite!Anyway, happy to come back here next time around!“

“Even though this place normally always has a line in the morning (which Starbucks doesn't) the staff is friendly and fast with the service, so the line always moves quickly. They have Nitro cold brew on as well so that is always a huge bonus in my book. Try it, its basically a breakfast beer!“

“I visited this Starbucks almost every day while staying at the Courtyard Marriott for the last four years. Due to work, I returned to Washington and moved into a place very close by. I found out recently this store will close on January 31, 2026. I truly love the employees here. Since many of the employees also work at the hotel, I got to know them very well. They shared with me they’re not going to notify customers of the impending closure. I’m posting to let everyone that lives in the surrounding area that they will close soon. I wish a petition would work to keep them open. 😂“

“This Starbucks is located on the second floor of Bellevue Square Mall, right next to other popular spots. It’s a clean, well-lit store with a modern setup. Service was smooth during my visit, with no noticeable delays. There are additional seating areas just outside the store, which is a bonus if you want to relax or chat. One thing to note: they didn’t carry as much Starbucks tumblers or accessories, so it’s strictly a drink-and-go type of location. With Bellevue Square parking and nearby mall restaurants, this location is all about convenience.
