“Quick service, nice staff, a bit too loud, but I am usually hypersensitive to noise. They do have an outdoor alternative that could use some warming poles now that the weather is cold. Overall, we enjoyed it and the food was ok.“

“I've been coming to this location for a while now. I like to frequent restaurants where the staff is not only welcoming but also GENUENLY friendly, that is this place. The Manager Michael calls me by name as he does his best to get in touch with the customers and always makes sure you are well taken care of. He has brought my food a few times, always with an smile. The other Managers, Marisol and Dave, also do a great job. Always looking around and coming to you to see if you have everything you need or just to say hi, super friendly both of them as they also do their best to delegate their staff, it can easily be observed that they dive in their roles. The service staff is also GREAT ! they are all so friendly and welcoming. Elda, one of the bartenders, is very attentive and always makes sure you are liking your drinks, always happy and smiling even thou she is under constant pressure. Erica, Monica, Segundo and the rest of the staff that i dont know their names yet do a GREAT TEAM WORk, always happy alwasy attentive and always on top of their game. Overall, this applebees is one of the best ive tried. and ive been to alsmost all of them in the state of Washington. I would also lke to mention the Grill Cook with long hair, If you see him around, ORDER RIB EYE, he really know how to get it done right, dont know his name but i know he cooked my Rib Eye cuz i asked my server and he happend to be walking bay at that time. super cool dude.

“I recently visited Ivars and had a fantastic experience. The fish was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked—lightly battered and crispy on the outside, yet flaky and tender on the inside. Been hunting for real Kolaches in the area for ages - this place hits the spot!

The dough and sausage are just right and I'm excited to go back. My small disappointment is I want sliced pickled jalepenos and maybe a sprinkle of cheese on top of my cheddar jalapeño sausage inside the kolache, but this is just personal preference as they are truly delicious and I'll happily take them as is.

The coffee is rock solid, nothing spectacular roast wise but well prepared. The cookie butter latte was lovely but did need an extra shot to balance it out at 16 oz ( I always think coffee stands should aim for 1 shot per 5-6 oz for flavored lattes, people almost always prefer the taste and think it's the coffee quality but it's just a stronger coffee flavor to balance the sweetness. Mercury coffee does this and it's a brilliant hack)

Had a bagel and it was also great - they have real bagels from NYC flown in, yay! Do think it needs a longer toast to maximize the enjoyment of that perfect NYC texture.

Ultimately, these little complaints are just to hopefully get this place to the next level because I NEED them to do well and stick around, hahaha.

“The ambience is wonderful, the staff is friendly and helpful, the food was good…but our 4-person group had to wait over 30 minutes to get our food!

This resulted in one of my friend’s food arriving cold. She rarely complains, but this time she did because her omelette was cold. Thankfully, they prepared a new omelette for her.“
