“This was our first time eating here. We had biscuits and gravy, and smoked salmon hash! My partner enjoyed the biscuits and gravy, and I thought the smoked salmon hash was one of the best breakfasts I’ve enjoyed the last 5-6 months. With 1 drink, one coffee, and 2 entrees our meal came to $70.“

“This restaurant shares space with a gas station but it is the best restaurant I've eaten at in this town. This is a full restaurant on the inside even though on the outside it appears small. There is a bar inside, family-size-booths, regular chair seating, and restrooms. The breakfast was very good (ask for the smoky salsa if you do go there--it is tasty). It's a restaurant that serves Americana/ Mexican food. The service there was great the people there are great and the food was excellent. The people who have eaten at this restaurant highly recommended it. Depending on what time you go to eat at this restaurant there is a line out the door. I plan on going back. Note on parking: since this restaurant shares space with a gas station make sure to pay attention to where the parking spaces are and pay attention to the drivers coming in and out of this space who are getting gas...you may have to park out on the street.“
“We were the 1st customers in the restaurant that morning. After the waitress took our order, the power went out. Their response was amazing! They still were able to produce an excellent breakfast and did so with a smile. Incredibly impressed at the level of service and great attitude during adverse conditions. “We are proud patrons of village square cafe. This diner fits in Redmond so perfectly with its cycle theme. To top it off it has a cute vintage 1950’s diner vibe! The staff here are so friendly and warm. I’ve had a few of their menu items but my favorite is their avocado toast with a side of berry blintz crepes! Their food is always consistent with their flavor, quantity and presentation. In addition to their regular menu and all day breakfast they offer daily specials. Sometimes when it’s peak hours there can be long waits so prepare for that. Luckily they offer a waitlist service online. Very family friendly! Don’t forget to try their cinnamon buns as big as your head!“

While this may be our go-to breakfast location, it has the worst hot sauce selection of any breakfast place in the area only has tabasco and tapatio on request.Hot sauce aside, Sammamish Cafe has everything else i look for in a breakfast place. Great service, friendly staff, online waitlist, best breakfast food in the area (and i think i have tried almost everything), good atmosphere, strong coffee, good mimosas.“

Sometimes their dishes aren't the best, most of the time it's good, that's why I'm giving it 4 stars.Today I had butternut squash soup, shrimp crab tamale, and pumpkin cheesecake, every dish was so good.Highly recommended especially for the price. Make sure to reserve one or two weeks in advance.Vegetarian options: Items on menu marked as vegan, they always have one entree that is vegan.“
“So all I had was the green salad and the mozzarella sticks. But both were incredibly good. The mozzarella sticks were fried perfectly and weren't too greasy. The salad was mixed greens but had arugula, tomatoes, cucumbers and croutons. It was topped with a vinegrette that had basil in it. One of the better salads I've had at a restaurant.My boyfriend and his friends enjoyed their meals and their beers as well, the staff are really nice. We got served by Bryce. That guy deserves a raise. We will definitely be coming back.Vegetarian options: Salad. Mozzarella sticks. Sweet potato fries.Dietary restrictions: Heavy on meat and dairy. Salad was really good. Didn't see a vegan option beyond that and the fries.“

We didn't know the area and we were dressed in jeans, so were surprised when we arrived at such a fancy place! “I've lived on the Eastside of Seattle for more than 20 years, walked past this place countless times and never stopped in until this week. My husband, son and I were looking for an unpretentious place to eat a late lunch at reasonable prices. Lots of online reviewers commented that this is a total dive bar but has great food and friendly service. They were correct. We really enjoyed our club sandwich, patty melt and tuna melt (each served with fries). Definitely better food than at many of the fancy restaurants in downtown Redmond or Kirkland. Our servers were attentive and congenial. As for the ambiance, oh yeah, it's a total dive. We expected the place to be dead on a Monday afternoon but there was a crowd of senior citizens who, in the words of Judas Priest ("Livin' After Midnight") appeared to be "loaded, loaded!" long before sunset, let alone midnight. That was actually kind of funny. Anyway, we won't be visiting for the nightly karaoke action but yes, we'll probably return for a tasty, old-school lunch or breakfast.“
