“Visited for first time, August 29 2024. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Ordered the fruity French toast. 3 big thick slices of bread, with fresh fruit and homemade whipped cream The bread only had egg wash on one side, as if they poured the egg on the flattop and set the bread on it, As these were thick slices, the rest of it was just dry bread. Not what we expected. We thought it would be dipped and covered in egg. The silverware is the basic stamped out cafeteria style utensils and takes away from the overall experience of this otherwise homey ambience.“

“My family comes here every week, and we absolutely love the friendly atmosphere. We're always greeted with big smiles, which makes us feel so welcome. Misty is amazing (though all of the servers are wonderful!) She always provides fantastic service. Everything we've tried on the menu has been delicious, and we've never been disappointed. “I desperately want to give the Renton restaurant five stars, but cannot.Red wagon has some of the best burgers I have ever eaten at a restaurant. I continue to bring lunch clients to this restaurant because the food is delicious and prepared well. The staff is always super friendly and courteous. I did run into a negative policy today; in that they don’t allow outside food in their restaurant. There were three of us and one person wanted to grab something else and then join us and they were not allowed. So the third in our party had to eat somewhere else alone. I understand if you are using a restaurant as a hangout to eat your food and not spending any money it’s not courteous, but when the majority of the patrons are eating in your restaurant, to have a steadfast rule that doesn’t allow for such a concession left a bitter flavor in my mouth. Is it possible to allow for exceptions based on the circumstances in order to allow for a positive experience for everyone? The next time I have a group of people, and one person doesn’t like burgers, I will unfortunately be forced to choose to eat at another restaurant.“

Personable staff and very helpful. Good atmosphere, family dining with separate age appropriate bar seating nearby.

Ordered the South Hill Haymaker and was immediately glad for my decision. Fantastic choice!

“I went with my friends a couple weeks ago and had the nicest time. I had the Brick Chicken and mash potatoes and it was delicious. the Brownie was oohie gooie good too. Our waitress, Mariah, was so fun and helpful. The whole dinner was unexpectedly good :). I'm writing this here now because, I am still thinking about how good it was and wondering how soon is too soon to go back :). Thanks Mariah and Hollywood Tavern :)“

“May be one of my favorite places on Microsoft campus. Had great share platters and nice drinks. I recommend their creamsicle mocktail. Was very well suited for a low maintenance but well run happy hour/team event. Very helpful and accommodating staff.“

“Excellent all around! The barkeeps are friendly and easy going, though efficient and hard working - just like the working folks they serve. I haven't tried all the food on the menu but haven't been disappointed yet. Someday soon I'll start at the top of the menu and work my way down - try everything. Nice selection of food, not just burgers (yep, the burgers are super) so if you like a wide variety, you're in luck. The best part is the beers they serve here - and they're ice cold! I'll walk out of a bar that don't serve ice cold beer! BTW, the owner Tom actually works here full time and is a great guy. I highly recommend this place.“

“I have always loved the Cut Shop! staff and ownership have always been wonderful. a couple employees have been undesirable but have gone. I will say i was sadden and my kids were disappointed when they did away with the scavenger hunt. that was a really cool and unique activity. So that was a bummer and them doing away with the mini corndogs.. bummer too“

“Justin and his staff always make the members feel welcomed like family as you hear them greeting most of the restaurant by name and often knowledge of their preferred drink order. Love that they have changing weekly specials to keep it interesting and lovely seasonal dishes. My favorite burger on the Eastside is here and is a perfect pub juicy burger. This cozy meeting place is one of the reasons so many generations return to living in this neighborhood.“

“This place offers a rare Latin breakfast menu item called Migas and oh man is it good. The wait staff are all friendly and your cup is never empty. The atmosphere is like a cozy small diner/family kitchen and it is relaxing and laid back. And as a rare tea drinker, I can say that while they charge the same as other places for tea, they serve super high quality English breakfast tea, which was delightful. “I walked in here in September 1982 thinking my shattered life of 15 years was over. Hazel who ran the cafe, a gruff but loving lady made me sit down and have a sandwich and milk. For the next 5 years they raised me, an irritating punk, showing love and understanding beyond measure, mentoring me in the life of recovery and spritual principles of AA until my fledgling wings let me fly on my own to other places of recovery and respite from the storms of life. It's barely changed, has great coffee now and much more food! A meeting is available nearly every hour in such variety and different people your sure to find your place in what will always be my true home! “We love our local market! Town & Country has grown and updated their interior beautifully! We love it. If I have ever had a question or an issue with a product I have spoken with the appropriate department person and have always had a speedy and positive response. Many changes to products have happened over the last year, with occasional hiccups as new things are tried. But, we have found that ultimately it has all been for the better. The store may be sleeker, but the heart is still there in spades. I am amazed how they came through for us during COVID and still are! Kudos, Bainbridge Island T&C!“

Their set-up is clean and professional looking (you WANT their food truck in your parking lot); their staff is courteous and friendly; they offered a diverse and interesting menu; and our plates were prepared quickly. Oh, the food... top notch! I had the turkey club, my daughter had the mac & cheese... both with their crispy, delicious french fries. AMAZING!“

“Blazing Onion is one of our local burger places. It's very kid friendly, but also has a nice bar. They have an annoying policy of having you place your order at the door before getting a table. Not that big of a deal if you know what you want. If I don't have the kids in tow, I just sit in the bar. Food is good. Desserts are huge. Service is generally good. Shannon is a great bartender, and has my favorite drink dialed in. Definitely worth a visit.“

I had the Golden Curry & Tofu—Japanese-style curry over rice with potatoes, carrots, tofu, and pickled vegetables. Warm, flavorful, and exactly what I was in the mood for. My friends ordered the Sausage & Pepper Rotini and left just as happy. The only curveball? No mocktails listed on the menu. When I asked, our server looked a little unsure but offered to make a virgin Momotaro with ginger, peach, mint, lemon, and ginger beer. It was fantastic—definitely worth ordering again. Still, a mocktail section on the menu wouldn’t hurt. After lunch I wandered through the shop and ended up picking out a couple of games for our next game night. Couldn’t resist. All in all, a great lunch, great space, and a solid reminder to check out places that mix things up. Overall fun spot. So happy we found this place. Would happily return. Noise level was a bit too high for us girls to have chit chat, but I believe there was a party on their upper level that contributed to that.“

“This place is a dive bar located in an unassuming strip mall. I went there with four family members on our way to the Mariner game (we lost). We stopped here because we thought every other place would be full due to World Cup watching parties. We didn't expect much but were knocked out by the quality of the food. Pizza, burgers, French dip...it was all fabulous. And the waitress was a saint. A real hidden gem for sure.“
