“Visited for first time, August 29 2024. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Ordered the fruity French toast. 3 big thick slices of bread, with fresh fruit and homemade whipped cream The bread only had egg wash on one side, as if they poured the egg on the flattop and set the bread on it, As these were thick slices, the rest of it was just dry bread. Not what we expected. We thought it would be dipped and covered in egg. The silverware is the basic stamped out cafeteria style utensils and takes away from the overall experience of this otherwise homey ambience.“

“My family comes here every week, and we absolutely love the friendly atmosphere. We're always greeted with big smiles, which makes us feel so welcome. Misty is amazing (though all of the servers are wonderful!) She always provides fantastic service. Everything we've tried on the menu has been delicious, and we've never been disappointed. “I desperately want to give the Renton restaurant five stars, but cannot.Red wagon has some of the best burgers I have ever eaten at a restaurant. I continue to bring lunch clients to this restaurant because the food is delicious and prepared well. The staff is always super friendly and courteous. I did run into a negative policy today; in that they don’t allow outside food in their restaurant. There were three of us and one person wanted to grab something else and then join us and they were not allowed. So the third in our party had to eat somewhere else alone. I understand if you are using a restaurant as a hangout to eat your food and not spending any money it’s not courteous, but when the majority of the patrons are eating in your restaurant, to have a steadfast rule that doesn’t allow for such a concession left a bitter flavor in my mouth. Is it possible to allow for exceptions based on the circumstances in order to allow for a positive experience for everyone? The next time I have a group of people, and one person doesn’t like burgers, I will unfortunately be forced to choose to eat at another restaurant.“

“Needed a quick bite at a decent sit down restaurant with good air conditioning, as is needed during a heat wave. Found this establishment and was not disappointed.

Personable staff and very helpful. Good atmosphere, family dining with separate age appropriate bar seating nearby.

Ordered the South Hill Haymaker and was immediately glad for my decision. Fantastic choice!

“I have always loved the Cut Shop! staff and ownership have always been wonderful. a couple employees have been undesirable but have gone. I will say i was sadden and my kids were disappointed when they did away with the scavenger hunt. that was a really cool and unique activity. Love that they have changing weekly specials to keep it interesting and lovely seasonal dishes. My favorite burger on the Eastside is here and is a perfect pub juicy burger. This cozy meeting place is one of the reasons so many generations return to living in this neighborhood.“

“This place offers a rare Latin breakfast menu item called Migas and oh man is it good. The wait staff are all friendly and your cup is never empty. The atmosphere is like a cozy small diner/family kitchen and it is relaxing and laid back. And as a rare tea drinker, I can say that while they charge the same as other places for tea, they serve super high quality English breakfast tea, which was delightful. “We love our local market! Town & Country has grown and updated their interior beautifully! We love it. If I have ever had a question or an issue with a product I have spoken with the appropriate department person and have always had a speedy and positive response. Many changes to products have happened over the last year, with occasional hiccups as new things are tried. But, we have found that ultimately it has all been for the better. The store may be sleeker, but the heart is still there in spades. I am amazed how they came through for us during COVID and still are! Kudos, Bainbridge Island T&C!“

“This place is a dive bar located in an unassuming strip mall. I went there with four family members on our way to the Mariner game (we lost). We stopped here because we thought every other place would be full due to World Cup watching parties. We didn't expect much but were knocked out by the quality of the food. Pizza, burgers, French dip...it was all fabulous. And the waitress was a saint. A real hidden gem for sure.“

It wasn't bad but certainly wasn't anything special, like it had been in the past. The wine selection was vast and gave us lots of options so not a total lost night!“
