“Excellent service here with very friendly host. Got the spicy ramen, takoyaki and fried rice here. The ramen has a clear broth that's not heavy and silky smooth pork that's perfect. The takoyaki was good and fried rice too with charred pork chashu. The fried rice is a bit oily but tastes great! This was my second time and pork both times has been very soft.“

“Midnite Ramen is inside the brewery in the back. It was hard to find so we had to ask the person behind the counter at the brewery. We went after 11 pm and they only serve ramen after a certain time, everything else like dumplings is stopped.
We got the miso ramen with chicken and it was really good. The spice in it was amazing, and brought life to this dish. I would keep this place in my backpocket for whenever it’s late and I need ramen.
Plenty of seating area, shared with the brewery.“

“The ramens was pretty good and the dipping noodles were also pretty tasty. It’s all self order so it was really cool. There is a big table on the middle and you have to share with others so that was kinda weird. Overall a okay experience with okay food but I would go again.“

“Delicious ramen and they could sub gf noodles to other ramen. Saved half so I could eat it for dinner but when I got home I discovered they only packed the noodles and threw away the broth. Dude you can't be doing that in the economy! I'll for sure go back but was sad I paid for only half a meal. RIP vegan broth.“

“really good ramen and the chicken wonton ramen was really good. however, many of the dishes call.for THIN noodles. while they're good, they're not your typical ramen noodles. the THICK noodle is what most would expect to be seved if you order ramen. the thin noodle is much closer to hong kong style wonton noodle. food is certainly good and service is very friendly. Will definitely go again if I have a chance.“

“My grandsons say this is the best food they have ever eaten in their whole life. The fried chicken was perfectly crisp yet perfectly moist; the short ribs were exquisite; the pot stickers and sushi were great. We loved our flavors, food, and experience and will always come back. One grandson says he would take a plane from anywhere in the world just to come back here.“

“Akebono is the vibrant, new Japanese spot Seattle needed! From the moment you step inside, the staff is wonderfully welcoming, setting the stage for a delightful meal.
The menu truly shines with both comforting classics and fresh takes. The ramen is deep and flavorful—a perfect bowl of warmth. But don't miss the rolls; they are deliciously light yet full of taste.
And for the grand finale, the Matcha Tiramisu is an absolute must-try. It's the perfect, sweet, earthy end to an excellent dining experience. Akebono is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood and already a must-visit!“

“I almost didn’t come in because the exterior of the restaurant is not very inviting. But, since the place next door was closed, I took a chance and opened the door. It was a big surprise to find a perfectly appointed Japanese restaurant. The food was excellent - I had Sushi. It was very fresh and delicious. \nI would recommend checking it out - it’s accross from Discount Tire and Fred Meyer, in a little strip mall.“

“Got takeout from big fish sushi tonight, hubs made a mistake ordering hand rolls instead of maki and they remade them for free. Super nice even though it was totally our fault. They also have a great bento box for kids, katsu, rice,California roll and edamame for $9 for kids. They have enough for 2-3 meals. Everything was delicious we will definitely be ordering again soon“
