“I've been here five or six times with the same order and every time they give me a regular chocolate chip cookie instead of the double chocolate chip that I ordered. I assume this means they just don't carry that flavor, but if that's the case then it shouldn't be an option in the app. They've never mentioned to me that they were substituting it out either.
