“I am loyal to this location and the one on 20th. I probably visit both locations every single day, all year round. One for my afternoon drink and one for my evening drink. This location had an amazing employee (well many fun, kind, and great employees work here) but one who stood out from the rest when it came to customer service and kindness. He now works somewhere else which is great for him! I love coming here to get the best mad hatter combinations. I am always treated with kindness and given the best service. They go out of their way to make your drink the way you like it. I love this location and will continue to be a loyal customer.“

“Had an excellent experience! Food was tasty and well prepared. Service was solid. Was a little curious about tips space not left on the receipt but was informed that servers are paid a living wage and the cost is included in the meal price. Highly support this.“
“I just stopped in on Sunday afternoon for an iced coffee. Marisol was friendly, great personality and made my drink to perfection and even gave my dogs a couple cookies. This was my first time here and I'll definitely be back. Way better than any of the big chains for coffee with a smile.“

“HERE FOR CAM!!!! This location and the one on Carmichael are my favorites. I probably visit both locations every single day, all year round. One for my afternoon drink and one for my evening drink. Cam is the best, he was at the Carmichael location before and is now here, and is doing amazing with this location! He deserves a raise and stock in WUC if he doesn’t already have it. I am always treated with kindness and given the best service. They go out of their way to make your drink the way you like it. I love this location and will continue to be a loyal customer.“

“What an amazing,delicious an overall delightful experience! This was my third time dining in and I'm hooked on the Ham and cheese Zombie! A most try!! I'm an Fan for life! “Love Red Rail, best coffee by far. Love their Z-Trains, white chocolate Mocha and Frapps. The ladies are amazing and super friendly. Love the small talks at the window or while you’re sitting inside. When busy they are still super quick at getting your order done right.“
