“Quiet Wednesday night dinner. RW was fairly busy, but we probably didn't need reservations. Green River drink was a delicious suggestion from the waiter. We had the Fontina as an appetizer and it was a good calorie splurge. We split the chef's plate for dinner and it was just enough for two of us and let us get a mix of meat and sides. Hadn't been here since pre-Covid and it was just as good as I remembered. One star off atmosphere because we were seated way in the tight back corner, and the place was almost empty when they seated someone right next to us.“

Great place to grab a coffee or smoothie in the morn, then get a sandwich for lunch. when you get off, work go back and have a quick dinner with a drink! they have parking!! (tip your servers, they deserve it). Great prices & convenient if you work, play or live in the area.“

Egg Benedict assembly is insta worthy. Thier Hot sauce with potatoes kicks the brunch a notch up in flavors. Have to visit back for Rueben and dinner and drinks.“

“Where to begin; the food is phenomenal! This was my second time here, and my amazement just keeps growing. The first time I was here I was by myself and ordered the Bread &Oil, followed by Kalua Pork Mixed Plate. The second time (tonight) my wife and I had cocktails, the Cambodian Beef Skewers, the Chimichurri Steak Salad, the London Fog Crême Brûlée, with an assortment of outstanding cocktails and wine, and I’m sold! This is my place to go. Period.“

“Walked by the night before and didn't have time to pop in after work, but took note of the cool looking new spot in GTown. Checked out the menu and my mind (and belly) wouldn't allow me to go another day without experiencing the enoki fritters, so a late lunch ensued with fritters and street corn today. “My husband and I hired Shug's to cater dessert at our wedding in August 2024 and it was definitely a highlight of our night!
Our experience started with a tasting of every single flavor they offer at their Seattle shop! It was a wonderful experience paired with a glass of prosecco! We got to choose 6 flavors to offer our guests!
The overall booking process was super easy and email communication was easy.
The night of the wedding, Paul (co-owner), arrived to serve for us in their super cute and aesthetic ice cream cart! He is so sweet and kind.
Our guests got to pick from cups or cones and various flavors. We also had a little toppings bar set up.
Thank you so much Shug's for making our wedding a memorable one! You'll always have a special place in our hearts and we recommend you to everyone!!!“

“I love this place. If you love wrestling this is the place for you. A lot of fellow fans to hang out with. The food is pretty good and the mixed drinks are great. The staff know their stuff and are friendly. I highly recommend it especially if you love pro wrestling.“

“I love Noi Thai Cuisine with all of my heart. The environment is very cozy and relaxing. I enjoy the candle lit dark ambiance, and the decor is great! I usually eat alone there but it feels like visiting family. Today I tried the chicken satay and it was simply incredible. My favorite part about this restaurant is the Tom Kha soup. I think about their soup when I am thousands of miles away. I think about it too much. It’s even been in my dreams. Every time I land at the Seattle airport, I am hurrying as fast as I can to the light rail so I can get to Noi Thai Cuisine for my favorite soup. Idk what they do to it…but no other Tom Kha soup will ever compare. If I could eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be Noi Thai Cuisines Tom Kha soup. I want to start trying more of their menu, but I am addicted to their Tom Kha soup. The staff is always so friendly, attentive, and kind. I will continue to dine here as much as possible…forever. Thank you for filling me with so much joy!!!! I definitely reccommend Noi Thai Cuisine to everyone, they won’t let you down. I had the breakfast sandwich. The only con could be that a lot of the foods are more focused towards mock meats and more processed substitutes. But I thought the food was great.“

“I first heard about Kanishka's Des Moines location through a friend who saw somebody raving about it in a Seattle foodies group here on FB. My friend and I went to check it out and, well, it's my new favorite restaurant. I've been here 3 times and Door Dashed it once in the past month. The food every time has been absolutely fantastic, and the portion size are quite generous. The appetizers are almost entree-sized; the first time I went there with a friend, we filled up on appetizers and had to get our entrees to go. Dish recommendations: Chicken 65 and Fish Pakoras for appetizers; Mixed Grill, Lamb Vindaloo, and Paneer Korma entrees. Also, listen to your host as it seems like they're always trying out new dishes that haven't made it onto the menu yet.“

If you read up on the background of this place, wanting to be your neighborhood joint, great food and drinks and ambience, then I think they are there. We had the mushroom etouffee with Cajun prawns, fried chicken sandwich, apple salad, and the beignets! I'm sure it is a personal preference, but I thought the beignets were better than at Toulouse Petit. Can't wait to try brunch!!“
