No pool of oil separation. Slightly sweet and mild spice.- Shrimp Vindaloo: great texture, seasoned but American mild.I asked them before we left, and they advised us that their default is very mild in spice. However, you can absolutely request spicier when you order. Everything was very well made, so I'm looking forward to trying again without the kid gloves :)“
