“I have visited this restaurant with my friends on Friday evening. Nice hospitality and service, should give 5 start for it. Good vegetable options were available, we tried the Paneer Hariyali(grilled and not fried) and it was very tasty; also other vegetable food was great and tasty. I also tried their Goat Biryani and found to be ok compared to other restaurant, definitely suggest to improve on Biryani taste.“

“The place was very busy, this may cause a variety of unwanted situations some of which are caused by customers themselves. We had to wait a little over 20 minutes which is not unusual for the day and time especially when the food is reported to be very good. While we waited we checked the menu and ordered our food which came to us nice and hot and without much waiting. We found the service to be very good and the food was excellent. We had the chicken tikka massala and the mutton as our main plates and also had the fried kale "fritters" (I forgot the name) which was very tasty. Everything was good and we can say this is a great place for Indian food. Will return.“

“We celebrated my daughter's birthday with dinner at this restaurant, and it was our first time trying it out. We were thoroughly impressed! Everything we ordered was top-notch, but the standout dish was the Mughlai Chicken - it's hands down the best we've had in Seattle among all the Indian restaurants we've tried. The Tandoori Sizzler was also delicious, packed with flavor and utterly yummy. Highly recommend!“

“If you’re looking for amazing Indian food with amazing service and a very nice atmosphere to combo with, this place is the perfect spot. I informed my waiter I knew next to nothing about Indian food and he immediately gave a recommendation. The chicken changezi was delicious and I had nothing to complain about. “This is our favorite Indian restaurant, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. We’ve dined here many times over the years, and the food is always consistently delicious. We came back again today to celebrate Father’s Day, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered.
The naan is fresh and perfectly baked, and we highly recommend the Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Curry, and of course the Mango Lassi.
The staff always make us feel welcome, and the service is consistently friendly, attentive, and excellent.
We’re grateful to have such a great restaurant in the area. We will definitely be back again!“

“We thought we would try this great Indian restaurant in North East Seattle and and glad we did-it's really super good! We ordered curried goat, lamb vindaloo extra spicy- raita, stuffed kulcha, basmati and brown rice and I have two glasses of Indian wine, one rose and one Cabernet. I especially love the rosé. The chef came out to talk to us afterward and told us that the goat is fresh from a local butcher. And all of his food are traditional Indian. He was a most friendly and nice person.“

“Today was our first time visiting Seattle and we were craving some Indian food. Taste of Indian did NOT disappoint me. The Tikka masala and naan were phenomenal. The service was also amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere was also very relaxed and welcoming. I was given a complimentary refill of my reisling and they also give you a little slice of cheesecake at the end of your meal. Whether you are going for a date night or a family meal, this place is a perfect option. If we are ever visiting Seattle again, we will be returning to this spot!“

“This is such a wonderful, sweet, family-owned restaurant. I've been eating here for more than 15 years and highly recommend it. I've hosted birthday dinners in one of the side rooms, and come to celebrate many occasions with their delicious food. I mainly used to get the Indian food, like the tandoori dishes, thaalis, and malai kofta. Of late, I've been trying more of the Nepali food, especially the samai baaji, which is completely unique, and impossible to find in Seattle. The owners are always so kind and friendly, it's a true community place. I hope they stay in business forever.“

“I first heard about Kanishka's Des Moines location through a friend who saw somebody raving about it in a Seattle foodies group here on FB. My friend and I went to check it out and, well, it's my new favorite restaurant. I've been here 3 times and Door Dashed it once in the past month. The food every time has been absolutely fantastic, and the portion size are quite generous. The appetizers are almost entree-sized; the first time I went there with a friend, we filled up on appetizers and had to get our entrees to go. Dish recommendations: Chicken 65 and Fish Pakoras for appetizers; Mixed Grill, Lamb Vindaloo, and Paneer Korma entrees. Also, listen to your host as it seems like they're always trying out new dishes that haven't made it onto the menu yet.“

“We had an absolutely amazing dinner here and tried a few dishes that completely blew us away. The Rawa Batata Tikki Chaat had the perfect crunch and tangy flavor balance, the Veg Platter was a delicious starter sampler, and the Chole Bhature was incredibly rich, flavorful, and satisfying. Every bite was delicious.
For drinks, we tried Kala Khatta Mojito: An absolute must-try! It instantly reminded us of the beloved childhood kala khatta flavors.
Salted Lassi: If you order this, be prepared for a traditional, incredibly thick consistency! It caught us a bit by surprise just how rich and heavy it was, but it definitely pairs well with spicy food.
Highly recommend it.“

“Ruchi Restaurant is an absolute gem! The food is incredibly delicious, and the meat is always perfectly cooked—so juicy and full of flavor. The highlight for me was the chicken fry piece biryani; it was outstanding, with rich taste and perfectly balanced spices.
The service is top-notch—friendly, attentive, and quick. You can really feel the care they put into every dish they serve. A special mention to Master Chef Kishore—he nailed every item on the menu, but the chicken fry pieces biryani is ultimately superb“

“Had a great experience here! The food tasted fresh and had a nice homemade flavor. The chicken curry was delicious, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The dosa was crispy and well-made, and both the punugulu and vada were excellent - crispy on the outside and soft inside.
The buffet had a good variety of dishes, and everything we tried was tasty. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the dining experience even better. If you’re looking for authentic South Indian food in the Seattle area, this is definitely worth a visit. Looking forward to coming back again!“

“The paneer burger used to be mind blowing. I would have become vegetarian if I could eat it every single day. But they switched out the cheese to low quality American cheese which is not even real cheese by the way and I’m really disappointed with how it has affected the burger taste. Please bring back the original recipe! Serving quality food is worth it, it’s what keeps people coming back !!! Please please !!“

“We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Aroma Restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the ambience set the perfect tone—warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated. The food was exceptional with a wide variety of flavorful dishes to choose from. Every item we tried was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The kabab platter, whole fish, and biryani are must-tries—they were packed with flavor and beautifully presented. There’s truly something for everyone here, including a fantastic selection of mocktails that the whole family can enjoy. What really elevated our visit was the top-notch customer service. The staff was attentive, courteous, and made us feel very welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure our Mother’s Day celebration was special and memorable. “Have eaten here for years and never taken the time to review but now's the time! Huge menu, food is very flavorful with generous portions (including the buffet), but perhaps most importantly the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and efficient (it's difficult to get to the bottom of your water glass as they are always returning to fill it up!) Suel is particularly friendly with a good sense of humor! We love Masala and give it our highest recommendation without hesitation!“

“We didn't go during rush hour so service was really fast. The food was amazing tastes like heaven. I can get the hate about the plate but they are amazing to use your roti bread to scoop the sauce in the plate. I don't think they are plates for ustensiles but ideal to eat using bread.“
