“It's your typical Dairy Queen. You have young people serving you that are probably working their first job. I had a to go order that the young lady repeated back to me, we exchanged money. I received my order, got a thank you, and I left. When we sat down to eat the food was fast food quality, but was good and hot. The restaurant was clean as far as I could tell. In my opinion, the biggest problem with fast food places is the customers. You're not eating at a chic cuisine restaurant. You're getting cheap food and people just starting in the job life.“

“Cle-Elum McDs was very busy and two employees had just exited there shift and signed off picking up their complimentary employee orders. I watched as both attempted to go out of their way to help customers who were waiting in line with tasks unrelated to meal prep. They were both engaging and personable despite having just completed their shift, off the clock, and looking forward to heading home.
They sought to make sure customers and their colleagues were going to thrive without them behind the counter.
They both mentioned being fairly new hires.
I recommend managers do whatever it takes to support employees like that who go the extra mile when it “isn't in their job description.”
One noticed I was attempting to get tea from an empty container and said, I'll go make some for you myself.
That's impeccable! I wanted him to have a much-needed rest and declined. But his kindness was uncharacteristic and worth a shout out.“

“Showed up with my kids and the staff were patient, kind and accommodating. The food was great Subway quality, and the decor was standard and clean. I've been to a few Subways recently (my kids currently like it) and we've seen a wide range of food/service/atmosphere qualities and this was a pleasant surprise.“

“An oasis of solid Mexican food in the frozen squall. Great value, huge breakfast burritos, authentic flavors. The only place you need to stop between Seattle and Yak.
Constructive criticism for the kitchen: add salt. This would be a 5-star destination if the seasoning was better. I added my own and it was phenom.
Keep it up!!“
