“The food was good and the employees were trying their best and friendly. Seems like they are trying to run the store with as few employees as possible. I felt bad for the 2 employees being responsible for making every sandwich and operating the cash register. One was grilling, the other was taking orders, making cold sandwiches and cashing customers out on a Friday night that was pretty busy. No employer should expect 2 employees to operate an entire restaurant alone.“

“Just taking a moment to give Samantha, the Assistant Store Manager at Subway (located near Papa Murphys and Walmart), a huge shoutout. They had a ton of online orders to get through and a growing level of us in store. Unfortunately it was just her and one other girl doing everything. The other girl working seemed very, very new and Samantha looked like she was running full speed. We made sure to tell her she was doing a great job. An older gentleman ahead of us was hard of hearing and at one point his sandwich had to be remade, well after he had walked away from the counter. Samantha was very patient and corrected the issue immediately. There were 2 ahead of us when we walked in and another 8-10 behind us when we paid. Shortly after we sat down, a third girl arrived and they were moving orders quickly. All in all, great customer service. If you know her, please pass along our appreciation again. She was awesome.“

“I’ve probably driven by this place 100 times over the years and always wanted to try it. I finally did this past weekend and I’m glad I did! I ordered a turkey sandwich...I usually keep it simple with just cheese, lettuce, and mayo. They were out of honey mustard, but it wasn’t the end of the world. The sandwich was very good!“

“This subway rocks, and I have been to the others less but frankly they all rock in the area.

Always been a subway fan, but all the ones where I used to live were trash. Literally 3 out of 4 orders were messed up.

Here they rock, and this Wilbur location in particular has easily made several dozen sandwiches for me/family and I don't think there's ever been a single mistake.

Highly competent employees that seem to actually care, and are nice for an added bonus.“
