“This was our first time going to Battle's kitchen. 10/10 for service , 10/10 for communication, 10/10 for food. There was a bit of a wait but as other reviews and us being understanding people we didnt care. They accommodated my request for our toddlers food plate to swap fish for small order of chicken strips. Our friend and my significant other got the cajun seafood basket and they said "They will definitely go into a food coma after eatting their entire order." my toddler loved everything and devored everything, I ate everything as well. We had all ordered the southern sweet tea also a 10/10 not too sweet not too bitter, just right. All in all safe to say We recommend this awesome establishment! Im so glad we discovered this place and definitely worth the 45 minute drive. We will definitely be back to try more of what their menu has to offer.”

“I just stumbled into Westside after being in the area at a few of the stores nearby and it had been a while since I had eaten at a Westside Pizza and actually almost 10 years as I used to eat at the Cordata location when I worked at WCC so I would once in a while have lunch at this location. I found myself wanting some comfort food and went in and the lunch special was over but the wonderful, pleasant lady with a beutiful smile who was well versed in customer service told me about the Happy Hour Specials. I then ordered a Mini Pizza, and it was ONLY $5 and it was ready in a few short minutes and was so tasty. I ate two of the four slices and took the other two home to my husband. I was impressed how much meat and toppings were on the pizza, the quality of the pizza, and the crust was tasty too. I let the lady that was working (wish I got her name to mention it as) she was friendly, cared about customers, and she even when I thanked her again leaving I asked about non-dairy cheese too as my grandkids can only eat this type of pizza too and she said they had it and gave me the Westside Pizza menu and they have even more than pizza with wings, salads, calzones, pasta and desserts. So, I will be back for sure in the future for all the reasons mentioned in this review and overall, the prices are reasonable and a lunch special too with different good deals to check out. Lastly, my husband loved his two slices, and he said "order this again" which I will be doing. I will add as well, as I ate my two slices inside and it was very clean inside and welcoming too.”

“This was an acilc8dent pearl just put and about and enjoyed it twice in a week. The pizzas are well done and the Indian drink (I had Mango) is delicious. I have had their butter pizza and tandoori pizza. Both delicious and the small size, 6 slices was great. I just and sat and chatted with the owner for nearly 30 min. Just really amazing people and a great pizza fusion place.”

GREAT breakfast sandwich, three kinds of hot sauce and fast service at lunch Sadly , there will come a time, hopefully much later rather than sooner where I’ll be up here to settle affairs. “Absolutely wonderful food. I had lumpia rolls (?) that were so good I ate every last one of them. I think there was six. The sauce that came with them was fantastic as well, slightly spicy and so so good. I wish I would have taken a photo, but dang it, i didnt. Take my word though, they were sooo good. Must try.”

“We had brunch at Gateway Taphouse this morning and it was truly exceptional. The service was attentive and warm, the menu offered a great range of tasty options, and the space itself had a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Paired with stunning views of Boundary Bay and Canada, it made for a memorable dining experience. I ordered the chicken fried steak, and my wife had the eggs Benedict with avocado substituted for bacon. Both dishes were outstanding, elevated by the use of Anna's bread and a chipotle hollandaise that was easily one of the best we've tasted. I highly recommend visiting on a Saturday or Sunday for a brunch experience that feels both elevated and relaxed. We'll be back.”

I forgot my wallet with cash & credit cards in it on the counter and I didn't catch her name, but one of the employees turned it in with everything in it. “Celebrated our 11th anniversary with dinner and drinks at The Vault. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, so courteous and attentive. We had the watermelon feta salad, black cod and mushroom pasta. The watermelon feta was really good. The mushrooms in the two mains were a little overpowering with their char but beyond that the entrees were so delicious. The drinks were on point and just plain heaven in glass. We will absolutely be coming back again.”

“The pho was great!! I didn’t like that the rice paper roll was just shrimp/ lettuce/ noodle, I thought the menu said it had pork or beef also in it. Next time I do want to try their bun mi. Complementary green tea, and I love when I get the mint/ bean sprouts on the side.”
