“I placed an Uber Eats pick up order around 4pm scheduled for 4:45-5:15 because I live a little over half hour an hour North and had to make the drive. My truck is too long / wide for the drive thru so I wanted to just have it ready to go for when I got there.
They didn’t have my order whatsoever, so I checked my app and it was somehow now scheduled incorrectly for approx. 7 at night. Tried to get uber eats customer service to help because the store reps couldn’t see it whatsoever. There was no way to access it, given that uber hadn’t sent my order through in the first place.
Three employees (genuinely) tried to help me figure it out. Long story short uber couldn’t help me, basically said they can’t do anything and might as well have just given me a shrug. So I just cancelled it and ordered it in person after all that.
But everyone I spoke to was pleasant and sympathetic ❤️
The manager (I believe, should’ve paid attention to everyone’s name tags) really sweet gal with pulled back brown hair asked if I had a reason ordering in the app was important to me, I told her the drive was just a little unfortunate from my area and I can’t fit through the drive through. Plus I got a free Crunchwrap supreme for ordering $20+ lol!
She rang me up and gave me a free Crunchwrap supreme anyway for the inconvenience. Which was so considerate, none of it was their fault at all. Super pleasant folks(:
The fries were a little stale, but when you have great service and energy I think that can make any food taste better. Didn’t care at all – it’s fast food. Good people are a more valued commodity than believing the food is high quality.“

“The prices have been going up, but there are still some good deals. I find most of the good deals by using the app. I did use my app points to get a free burger late at night, but over 2 hours before McDonald's was supposed to close. When I arrived, they were closed. I spoke to an employee, and they said that my points would be refunded, that was over a month ago, and my points have not been refunded. While my experiences using the app generally are good, there are drawbacks.“

“Understaffed like everywhere, in about noon .floors and tablemobile could be wiped more often , toilet had a disgusting film, bathrooms need attention needs, they had a reservation plaque on one of the tables for a couple.. it was odd, also the only table without crumbs on it“

“the toothless lady cook yelled at a teenager was very rude and scolded her in front of me after the girl was very polite and doing a great job. no wonder they are hiring for all positions. That toothless cook needs a talk on how to not break down minors at work and be supportive. shame on your management for watching it happen and not saying a word. The red bearded guy that was rude as well.“

“We love the morning ladies at breakfast time. They are always curtious and friendly. The last time we arrived just before 11:00 and could have ordered breakfast, however, a talkative customer waiting for his order, took precious time and it was 1 minute past The cut off to order breakfast. Bummer. But the cod was an OK meal to replace breakfast. We will come earlier next time!“
