“A small family owned business owned by a very nice Korean family. I would describe this as pan-Asian cuisine. The Korean food is top notch as expected since the owners are Korean! They are more than willing to show you what Korean food is all about! Very convenient fast casual spot. I would definitely come back if I’m in the area again!“

“Located in the entrance to Dupont. The Good_ Really good terioki and yakisobi. Other yakisobi places only give you like 3,4 or possibly 5 pieces of shrimp in your meal. I was pleasantly surprised to find i had at LEAST 10. a plus!
The negative. _Quite expensive! We got 1 dish of Terioki, 1 dish of Yakisobi plus 2 orders (4) egg rolls, NO drinks, NO other extras and our bill was nearly $50. Yes_it was delicious but I question the price tag.“

“The staff is so attentive, the owners are so generous and kind, especially if you have kids. This is the best Thai food I’ve ever had and our favor restaurant near the tacoma area. Yes the menu is smaller but you can tell they put a lot of thought and love into their food. I think it’s better to focus on a few good dishes and have them be perfection than have a mid menu with a lot of items. Can’t say enough good things about this place!“

“This restaurant is top 3 lunch/dinner spots in the state. I eat here at least once a week. Food is always prepared perfectly, prices are fair and competitive, and the staff are kind and engaging. “This is a review from 20 years ago when me and my dad were at Ft. Lewis. This Chicken Bowl spot was the absolute best I ever had and the Korean grandma was an absolute sweetheart tried to teach me a little bit Korean as well.

The most memorable part of this place was the Teriyaki sauce. It was sweet, but not teeth aching, it was savory with hoisin, umami fermented flavor, and it wasn’t so bold and rich that overwhelmed the grilled chicken and rice combo.

It is a core memory for me and will never forget the taste of it until I die. My only regret is not buying a gallon of the stuff from them as a kid lol!!“

“For our 9 year anniversary we drove up to Olympia to go to the Sushi Train and it did not disappoint! Two amazing chiefs stood in the middle of it all putting out delicious plates of sushi nonstop. We love conveyor belt sushi but hadn't found one in this area, now we know where to go! We also had a small bottle of peach sake which was dangerously good. Absolutely love the place and will come back!!“

I seriously get three meals out of them. Dinner and two breakfasts (with added egg). But I don't think you can go wrong with anything on their menu.“

“I had teriyaki and orange chicken lunch special. Chicken was cooked well and juicy. Both had a little more sauce than I would prefer but minor nit pic. The portions are massive and you will walk out either hating yourself and your choices or with leftovers for dinner. I wouldn't go out of way to come here but if imin the area ill stop again.“

“Tonight I had the pleasure to try the cuisine at the new Port Orchard location. Yareli took charge of my order at my request. I was served the best fish taco's with Verde Salsa and lime. The three taco's reminded me of eating a chefs delightful creation at a high end Bistro. I was instantly transported back in time to Mazatlán eating on the playa. I would not order fish taco's normally and Yareli picked this winner for me. Each bite was followed by a uhmmm. I expected something to tear me out of this euphoric moment but after downing three taco's I was still firmly planted in Heaven. I was wise to drip the juices and seasoning from the taco into the rice. What a nice way to accent my meal. I braced myself for the refried beans that had grown cool but found them very fresh and delicious. Yareli inquired if I would desire a dessert. I asked her to pick it since her performance on the meal was top notch. Yareli provided a strawberry filled fried churro with the most delicate aroma. I would have licked the plate if I thought I could do it without being seen. Every bite was warm, sweet and delicious. Please don't think ill of me but the only downside to this experience was cheap silverware and the food is placed on a metal tray with a paper liner. It's my own fault after being in the military so long to develop a phobia over dining utensils. So in a nutshell my experience is on par with being given a shiny new high performance car but with the wrong style valve caps for the tires. I have been truly blessed to have this experience on a rainy night in Port Orchard Washington.“

“My friends and I had a tasting at Stottle and fell in love with the barrel room. So much that we hosted our Olympia Boss Society networking event there the following month! The space is beautiful, the wine is delicious, and overall everything about Stottle is a 10/10 experience! I love this hidden gem off the beaten path. Definitely worth a stop! “My family and I have been coming here for YEARS! This place is hands down the BEST pho around! We come here a lot and never have we ever had one complaint. My daughter loves it and has been eating at this place since the womb and she is now 2 and always asking to come here ☺️.
The place is always clean, the staff and owner are amazing and sweetest people who work hard and are always on top of it, the pho broth is the BEST I’ve ever had and all of the food is always amazing and the portions are incredible! This place is not at all over priced and you get a lot for what you pay for and it’s always super good! If I could give this place a hundred stars I would! They definitely need to be in one of those “top places to eat” articles.
We recently tried the Snow chicken and we were lost for words, the Best KFC (Korean fried chicken) IMO. Stop thinking about it and just get up and go and get some bangin food from this place!!“

One of the best Bun Bo Xoa (Vietnamese noodle salads) that I have had in Washington State. Very clean establishment and restrooms. Their Pho broth had a deep complex flavor.
