“Cool inside, nice service that apologized to the family behind us for the wait rather than informing them until ready like some places would. I asked questions trying to determine differences in menu items and they were very patient. Excellent staff and flavors. Will visit again. The outside benches are great for wiggly loud kids and taking some shade.“
“We loved ordering our birthday cake from here! The decorator was super responsive and made the cake exactly how we wanted it. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The cotton candy flavor was amazing — all our guests loved it. Definitely coming back for future celebrations!“

“I noticed there are a lot of bad reviews about the customer service, so I think it may depend on the day you visit. I went on a Saturday, and there was a man and a young girl working. The customer service was great—I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help when I was looking into the cake fridge. The ice cream cake is always so good. I got the 6” Oreo ice cream and it was delish!! Thank you again for the two working early Saturday! My boyfriend was really happy!“

“I am embarrassed I didn't know of this place and I have lived in Monroe with two kids for 4 years. It's utterly awesome. Everything looks delicious and whatever I had was insanely delish. I got the watermelon cup and it was awesome. Only complaint is if things were in English. But I understand and I will make an effort to translate with phone next time.“

“Midnight Cookie Co nails a chewy, delicious cookie. The Ginger Molasses is Christmas in cookie form. The flavors are warm and take you right to Christmas. The Snickerdoodle tastes aggressively homemade. Like Grandma was doing all in her power to remind you she is the best grandma ever. Great little shop.“
