“I kept hearing about how great this place was so I finally gave it a try. Yes, the exterior is a little shabby but the inside looks clean and tidy. The 4 times I have been I was help by a very pleasant woman. I have always ordered the steak burrito. I really enjoy that the cheese inside is melted and they seem to have just the right amount of ingredients. The burrito is easy to consume on the go by removing the foil wrap as you make your way down. I may try other options soon but the burrito is so darn good it dances through my mind every time I drive by! They usually have a few cars lined up, you can drive through either side and they have a walk up window if you want to eat at their covered outdoor seating area. The building could use a face lift but don’t let that stop you from a delicious, quick stop, on the go or at the park meal.“

I went during lunch around around 1245. Atleast 6 people ahead of me, a few after. I was greeted with a warm, friendly smile when ordering and at pickup. I felt welcomed, thank you. Total I waited less than 10 minutes. I was given a pager and waited in my vehicle.

The food truck has outdoor picnic tables and a sheltered seating area.
Plenty of parking, pretty easy to get in and out of.
It is located next to the train tracks; a train went by while I waited and it really wasn't noticeable.

“First our waitress was to much in a hurry taking our order. Then brings us wrong food. When food arrives we sit and have no utensils. Had to ask a whole different waiter for service. Forgot several items and had to wait longer. The food was not good , I took one taste and ended up going to the bathroom to throw up. Either they had a major change or just was a bad day. “This place had the best chicken and mole in the world little sweeter like Texas style. The only other place like that was jalisco’s in Kirkland, which closed a long time ago. i’ve gone in there almost every week for five years and had the chicken and moly. I’m sad to say the last two times I’ve had it. It’s now authentic moly, which is not sweet. This is one of the few places I like to eat at in Monroe first time I’ve ever left a comment. Hopefully, the owner reads it. I probably buy more chicken moly than everybody else combined. The staff and food is always excellent. I enjoy my time there, but unfortunately that’s My favorite meal and I’m disappointed that I’m going to have to skip it from now on. I guess everything changes. “I live off Maltby Road and this is my family's go-to place for whenever we want Mexican food. Hands down the best wet burritos around! Prices are very affordable which is hard to find this day and age. The staff is always been friendly and fast. Highly recommended.“

I’m a picky vegetarian with GI issues and several sensitivities which limit my options for fast food (let alone just trying to find quality fast food). I almost never eat out — partly because I’m a picky eater, and partly because most places leave me feeling weighed down or give me stomach aches. But Taco Time has been such a pleasant surprise! The quality of the food is consistently fresh and flavorful, and I actually feel good after eating here.

Even without a mock meat option yet (which I hope they’ll add in the future along with other veggie options), there are still plenty of vegetarian-friendly choices like crisp bean burritos, veggie tacos, bowls, and salads with fresh salsa and guacamole, etc. The portions are decent for the quality and price, and you really taste the difference in the ingredients compared to typical fast food.

The staff here are always friendly and efficient — my order is ready quickly, and they get it right every time. For a quick-service healthy spot, Taco Time really stands out in terms of quality, freshness, and customer care. It’s one of the only fast food places I actually trust.

There is a good variety in the enchilada platters and my kids like the tortilla chips and tater fries. If you are in Redmond , stop by here for a quick, filling meal!“

“The quality of fast food here is just awesome. Every time we visit I order a Fish Soft Taco which is huge- huge!- and seriously delicious. There's some delightful flavor experiences wrapped up in that one taco! I don't even get the meal, but my children love their kids' meals. Healthy choices! “This place is insane! I came in first thing in the morning to buy tamales and just had a mouth orgasm. 😂 I don’t know what else I could say. These tamales were a 20/10! They had chicken pork and jalapeño and cheese. They are huge and the most flavorful thing I’ve ever eaten. This place is for sure a hidden gem. The lengua tacos and the lengua super burrito were easily the best I’ve had in a long time. The flavor and tenderness were perfect.
