“I hired Laura to prepare meals for a knitting retreat near Mount Rainier. She easily created a menu that took into account a variety of dietary restrictions -- no small feat! She and Chef Athena came early on Monday to prepare all the meals and snacks through breakfast Thursday. They helped us with the service for dinner Monday and then left clearly labeled trays with instructions for any of the dishes that needed to be reheated. The food was all incredibly delicious! I especially loved the lemon lavender cake and the Chicken Marbella with olives and prunes. I would not hesitate to hire Honest To Goodness for a future event and wished I lived in Seattle and could take advantage of their regular services.“

“We hired Down to Earth Cuisine for our January micro wedding in Leavenworth. We did a buffet style dinner and every single dish was AMAZING. The owner is so personable and helpful. The first time we talked on the phone was 30+ minutes and he wanted to know about us, what kind of food we liked, where we were from etc. We had chefs Tom and Melissa the day of the wedding and they were so great. They were personable and their food was top notch. I didn’t get to eat the appetizers they had prepared for the rest of our guests because we were taking photos and they packaged some leftovers meticulously and set them aside for us! All our guests had nothing but great things to say about their interactions with them and their meal they prepared for us. This company was so great to work with. I definitely recommend hiring them for your event!“

“I had several setbacks in planning my event. Khedejah, outside sales manager, was very cooperative every time. At the end, she made several concessions for me. She was always available by phone or e-mail. She is a pleasant person to work with. The food was very good also. I would recommend Navi's catering for your event.“

Eric, Drew, Jackson, and our friend who is going to culinary school now were all so so so amazing for our big orders.
Four days, two meals a day for 270 people and they always showed up timely and we have never had any issues with them. We deal with lots of catering, and PNW Catering by leaps and bounds is the best.
They come intending to do everything on their own, but if you don't hang around and chat with these lovely people, you're missing out!
Some of the highlights are very clearly marked dietary restrictions (for vegan, or gluten-free, etc. meals), their autonomy, always the right numbers of meals, and delicious food!!

What I wish is that you put the Angel Hair [Capellini] Pomodoro back on the menu as it has always been my favorite on the menu. I can always make it at home but it wouldnt be as great! “Sushi Blue is not for those who expect to be catered to. This is tremendous value sushi with great flavor, assembled for someone with a giant mouth or a dexterous set of hands and cutlery. I order the sake roll once a week or so, which gives me two-to-three meals. The wasabi is beautifully strong and flavorful. You cannot call ahead or order by phone or website. If you want it, you need to show up personally and order it. The speed of service is unmatched when they are available. When they get too many orders in, they temporarily close up shop until they catch up. The value and flavor of Sushi Blue far outweighs the inconvenience of the difficulty in ordering from them. The woman who runs the shop is very kind and pleasant. These folks work hard to provide good value and great taste!“
