“I have had three flavors now twice. The first time i had the nutter butter french toast which was amazing! Very filling, sweet but not too sweet, and fluffy.Last night i had the pistachio pesto pasta with chicken.....oh my word was it good! Big portion and came with garlic bread. Traveled well....about 15 minute drive. Will be eating here again and would definitely order this dish again. Great option for the whole family as they offer mexican, asian, american, and Italian cuisine. There is something on the menu for everyone!“

“It was our first time there this evening. We tried the quesadilla and the tacos. Both were excellent. There is so much meat in both. I found the portions to be generous and everything to be fresh.The taste was delicious and authentic. I think people who are complaining that the meat was bland have not had authentic mexican food. Most 'Mexican' Canadian food is over spiced and served with basic hotsauce and saturated in sour cream you can buy at a grocery store.In regards to people comparing this place to mucho burrito and the like: those places are fast food, overly processed garbage that almost never contain meat but just overfilled with cheap rice and beans and the cost is way higher.It is clear by the taste, that this place is using generous portions of local meats and high quality ingredients. “By far my favorite store on the Guide. Authentic Mexican ingredients, great prices and the prepared food in the dining side O M Ga Ga!!!!! “Recommend the birria / quesabirria tacos. Very flavourful and the tortillas are handmade, so they're on the thicker side. They use the same tortilla for regular tacos too, so it may come as a surprise if you're used to thinner/smaller ones. The lengua is very good and tender, the asada was a bit tough for my liking.The owner is very friendly. There's small outdoor and indoor seating. Would definitely go back!“

“Today was late 2000s pop music; YUCK. Usually, 70s, 80s classic rock and pop and occasional newer pop mixed in. Good is always fresh and good tasting. Order taking is fast and food is delivered quickly. Never had any problems with the order after 50+ visits to this location. Favorite fast food restaurant.“

I all but refuse to go to Mexican restaurants because they suck in the pnw... but this food truck is *chef kiss* the closest thing I've had to SoCal/Mexico street tacos in the pnw thus far. I have a very regimented diet and have on multiple occasions fasted all day with the intention and anticipation of hitting my carb macros in one glorious delicious sitting via 4 carnitas tacos + red hot sauce. “Best breakfast burritos in Bellingham. They are willing to customize - removing all the filler (Potatoes and chorizo) and just do egg + meat. Only compliant is they don't open until 9:30am, and I'm fighting the urge to be "hangary" by then, and would love if they would open earlier.“

Atmosphere was trying the vibe was pretty good I was hopeful but the food and menu over all was lack luster. I ordered 3 tacos and they were mostly veggies with a small amount of meat, paying 20.00 to 3 tacos seemed a bit pricey for what I got. My husband had the Burrito it was good but not top notch for a 25.00 burrito. If you going for Mexican there are other choices for sure.“

“The food was great. No complaints. Their atmosphere was OK. I was just very disappointed in their attempt to be concerned about the environment. The only options were for compost or recycling, but it was very clear that some of the stuff was garbage, When I asked the staff, she said just throw it all in recycling because they would sort it later which we all know it’s not true. Ketchup packets and tartar sauce packets cannot be recycled unless they’ve been cleaned. It was unfortunate that they didn’t have an option for garbage so that it wouldn’t contaminate the recyclables.“
