Started off well, then orders started taking longer to arrive , delivery to wrong address. One thing after another , I'm done with JJ
Went to the Federal Way location on Mother's day and while I was ordering there was a young man swearing and throwing bread around behind the counter. He was very loud about being pissed off and made myself and another lady very uncomfortable with his behavior. Poor customer service on his part and I will not be going back. This was at 1pm in the afternoon and the employee was somewhat bigger with dark facial hair and tattoos, black face mask with white wording.
Unbelievably long wait for a single sandwich with two whole people in the restaurant. Half the staff was playing on their phones and a single sandwich guy (who must have been new) working. Really strange. If my cooks or what have you ever were caught playing on their phones while a new guy goes down in flames on the clock there would be reprimands. I get it, just a sandwich shop. Buy don't tote the phrase "Sandwiches so fast you'll freak!!" Written on the backs of complacent employees....read full review
