“Mallard is THE Bellingham ice cream shop. Always mixing up fun, funky flavors in addition to classics and such a fun atmosphere to enjoy. Their staff always rocks AND they even have a fridge full of pints of their ice cream available for purchase. Plus, they're consistently creating fun collaborations with other local businesses in the area, most notably, collabs with dessert shops that bring in their dynamic flavors to match Mallard's. Menu Faves: Super Chocolate, Mint Oreo, Coconut Chocolate Chunk with Almonds, Tony's Cold Crew (Gluten-Free), Cookies & Coconut (Gluten-Free/Vegan)“
“We took a field trip up to Edaleen farm to meet and learn about our dairy supplier. Mitch was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. His passion for his work is transparently evident in how engaging he was throughout the tour. Additionally his commitment to his herd, his staff, and their wellbeing is impressive and reassuring in an industry notorious for its lack of.Really fun visit, learned heaps, had a great time.“

“I gave this place a second try and they didn’t disappoint! I got their Oreo milk tea with boba. The drinks came out a little slow, but it was just one woman working the day we went and we definitely weren’t in any rush. I appreciate the friendly service we received! Depending on the drink it can be pricey ($7.50 for mine before tip), but comparable to other boba shops in the area so nothing shocking if you are used to boba prices in Bellingham :) Will come again, need to try their taiyaki and bingsu next!“

“I cannot say enough amazing things about this Insomnia location in Bellingham. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the most delicious smell and the friendliest staff and management. Shout out to Elizabeth for helping me with my order! Every cookie I tried was absolutely incredible and baked to perfection. If you're looking for cookies that are next level yummy this is the place! I will be back soon - probably sooner than I should! ;)“

“Boomers is an iconic Bellingham restaurant. Although the selection seems to be gourmet, the sandwiches themselves are pretty basic and lack the flavor of beef. Vegetables seem pretty fresh.
Make sure you're patty is cooked through after the first bite.“

“OH MY DAYS, I ordered 2 cheese burgers, a mini blizzard and 1 cup of water and it was amazing. The meat was so good, almost ordered two more and the ice-cream was great. Staff was lovely and Christian is always nice :)) Will have this food combo again (^^)d“

“They always have tasty ice cream here. The employees are always polite and listen well. They usually do a good job at keeping it clean, although during this visit it could have been better. I always enjoy coming here when I am in town visiting my daughter.“
