We had a destination wedding and planning from afar was stressful, but Margaret gave us so much useful information in advance. She was quick to respond, answered all of my questions (I had a lot!) and never made me feel like I was a bother. Without us even asking, she even went out of her way to talk to the Chef about making our entire menu gluten and dairy free knowing that we were both dairy free (we had only asked for special plates). The day of the event the staff was right on time, friendly, super helpful and went above and beyond to make it perfect for us.
