“We have been here several times since the place is close to where we live. My husband is used to Dutch Bros from Vancouver, WA. Over the last few years they have started expanded in the Puget Sound area and this one in Fife has some of the friendliest workers. They make good drinks and the one's with coffee don't taste burnt. As a Starbucks person, I prefer Dutch Bros. over Starbucks since most of Starbucks mocha's have a burnt coffee taste to them in recent years. Prices are comparable to Starbucks but Dutch Bros has some kid friendly options such as the smoothies my girls love.Kid-friendliness: There are smoothies and hot chocolate for kids that make this place kid friendly when you don't want to get your kids a coffee drink.“

“We went into this location with a large group of people on a day we were doing a scavenger hunt in downtown tacoma. All of our drinks tasted great and the store was very clean. Probably one of the biggest Emerald City buildings I have been in, there was enough space to sit/stand around and wait for the rest of our group to get their drinks. The only thing I would comment on is that there was only 1 person making drinks and she seemed overwhelmed and exhausted. There was a new lady that was taking care of the check out and no one to help her since there was only 2 of them there and the other person was making the drinks, I would recommend someone to be there to train the new person since the person making the drinks didnt have time.... it took a long time to check out.“

“Best consistently delicious coffee in Tacoma hands down. Employees are kind and quick. We are loyal customers over the past 4 years. Have tried others and the coffee never tastes strong enough, or the drinks are overly sweet. I grew up here but lived in LA for over 10 years and was spoiled by the variety of great coffee shops there. Moved back and thankfully found this place! They have a variety of handmade coffee, teas and noncoffee drinks with unique flavors as well as the classics. They need a lavender latte though. :) Please open a new location in the west/north end (not Puyallup!) Thanks!“

“Best smoothies ever!!!They have a great selection of smoothies and also the ability to add your own selection of ingredients, add one of protien included vegan options (I'm not vegan but it's great they offer options) a great selection of smoothie milk options (regular milk, coconut milk, coconut water, and I believe also almond milk) they have protien waffles and other healthier option snacks and yogurts with granola and fruit toppings. Lots of options, different drink options also. The sea moss is amazing and took away all my autoimmune symptoms after two months of taking it!!“

“Never been disappointed with the drinks I've gotten here, and I pinky promised the barista I wouldn't lie if I were dissatisfied. The service is amazing, my usual barista recognized me only the second time I went there, unfortunately I never remembered to ask her name :(. “I've been a Dutch Bros fan since I found it in Western Idaho. Superior coffee, excellent service. Of course, like any location, sometimes service can be lacking. But that was not the case in Puyallup by the mall. The girl who helped us out was not only competent, but genuine. She was fast, friendly, and a joy to talk to. Will definitely be going back.“

I've been coming to Bambu since 2017, and I've never had a bad drink (I'm partial to the basic black milk tea, the oolong milk tea, the Hong Kong milk tea, and the Moomoolicious when I don't want any caffeine) or a bad dessert (I miss the taro waffles, but mochi cupcakes! ?).The service is always friendly and top-notch, even when the store is packed, and it sometimes is; it's a busy spot and I can't recall ever being here when it's empty.I'll miss having Bambu be my local sweet caffeine fix, but I'm glad it'll be around whenever I visit Lincoln.“

“We stopped in after visiting the library which is across the street. I had a 12oz cold brew which was refreshing and topped off with the perfect amount of cream. We also got a hot chocolate with whipped cream and a 4oz frozen yogurt cup. It was self serve but unlike other froyo places there were no scales at the end. There is only 4-6 flavors, and we chose chocolate which had a good creamy texture and tasted like chocolate, no sour notes. We loaded it up with toppings and my daughter really enjoyed the experience to choose everything. We will get a larger cup next time I think. The place has good vibes, it feels like a good local spot, with plenty of welcoming touches. Service was prompt and it wasn't much of a wait. We will be back to try more since the location is great for the library or park activities.“

I told the 2 kids working what was going on, and the young man working said I can't really do much to help u, but I can buy u a coffee. So sweet. I live 50 miles from this coffee stand. “Passing through Tacoma on the way home to Vancouver. I cannot say enough good things about this spot.Healthy food, relaxing spot and Bus, who served us, could not be nicer. Had protein oats, boiled eggs and the masala chai. My son had toasted bagel and the Homer donut. “Today we decided to go here for a little Pick me up as we did some errands in the morning. The parking here was easy for us, luckily. Upon walking in, there was music playing, it was clean, and the girl greeted us. I originally came here for a smoothie & to order some sea moss gel. I saw online at "da bomb sea moss" there was in every emerald smoothie store, but I guess they had no gel in this one, which is a bummer. We got three smoothies. We got the green machine, pb&j, and the tropical passion. The green machine and pb&j was a 10/10! I didn't like the tropical passion at all though because it didn't taste like it.... I'd go back here!“

“I found this place on Instagram a few months back. I finally made it out here and was not disappointed. Got a drink for my teenage son and myself. Both drinks were delicious. Mine had collagen and protein with a boost of energy powder. Best part zero sugar! This is now gonna be my new place. I would say this place is better than any smoothie place out there. The service was amazing and I felt like a friend walking in. Lots of amazing options to pick from. Side note, for those that don't speak Spanish...please be patient. The lady that was working when I came in was a primarily Spanish speaking lady. I am bilingual and was able to chat it up with her. If you are used to those fancy drink places where people us the work "like" every other word...this is not a place for you. However if you want to enjoy a healthy delicious drink and can put aside the language barrier then PLEASE support this business. You will not regret it. I will be back here.“

“Bubble Island has the same friendly atmosphere as they did years ago. Their drink quality is the same. The wall is still filled with polaroids from many years ago. Even with the new owners throughout the years, it remains nostalgic to many people. Your typical smoothie/bubble tea shop.“

“3/8/24 7am-Super sweet and beautiful barista this morning! I'm from Portland, OR and was in town on business and looked around for a Bikini Barista Espresso stand like we have back at home and found this one not too far from my hotel room. Was greeted warmly and asked what kinda drink I wanted. I asked for something like I get back home called a blended Reese's Peanut Butter Cup with an extra shot. She asked if I wanted more of a protein peanut butter which I didn't and so thankful she asked 1st.?She made it PERFECTLY and just like I wanted??She said it's so good because it was made with love, which it was!? Soooooo yummy!? While she was making it we had a nice lil conversation and found out she had ties to my NE Portland stomping grounds?? Made me feel kinda like I was already back at home I haven't been this far into Washington since the Freaknight times up in Seattle, but if I'm ever up in Tacoma again, this will be my go-to stand for a perfect drink and a sweet way to get up in the morning!? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“This is my first time trying their waffle ice cream. They have a very good section of different kinds of ice cream to choose from, from sour to sweet whatever your liking is! The waffle tastes amazing, exactly what I need for this hot weather!“

“I have tried boba shops, chain and independently owned, up and down the I-5 corridor, from Woodinville to Portland. I have a very good sense of taste/smell and all too often detect a bitter aftertaste in boba milk teas. I would rank this shop at 3rd place amongst all that I've tried. No bitter aftertaste! Perfect sweetness level. Only outdone by two shops, in my opinion, because the dairy product they use doesn't have that perfect creamy taste. All in all, pretty good! Will return whenever I am in the area. Service was friendly and SUPER fast! In and out of the shop in under 5 minutes total. Faster than most places with drive-through service.“
