I’ve eaten pho all over the Seattle area — from downtown Tacoma to Everett and Marysville — and I can confidently say that Top Pho in Fife is one of the very best. Having lived in Asia for six years, including time in Seoul, South Korea, I’ve experienced a wide variety of Korean and Southeast Asian cuisine. The pho here has an incredibly authentic taste, with rich, flavorful broth, fresh herbs, and perfectly prepared noodles. The portion sizes are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the service is warm and welcoming. The staff are kind and attentive, and the restaurant is spotless — clean, comfortable, and inviting. This has truly been one of the most positive dining experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for a great bowl of pho made with care and authenticity, Top Pho in Fife should be at the top of your list!“

“We are from Utah, so eating authentic Vietnamese food is a treat. We ordered the beef pho, chicken bahn mi and egg rolls.
This is a great place to stop on your way to the airport.
The owner Paul was very nice and was accommodating to my food allergies.
The service was more on the slower side due to the fact that its a family owned and not a lot of employees.
I would rate the food a 10. Best Pho broth in Western Washington.“

The pho king food was so good I almost cried. I walked in hungry and walked out in a pho king coma. The broth? Pho king perfect. The noodles? Pho king flawless. “The food here is AUTHENTIC Vietnamese cooking. There is absolutely no other Vietnamese restaurants in Washington State that can be compared to Lang Viet. Bought 13 dishes, since it was a bit of a drive where I live. The first dish, Banh Xeo, was perfection. It had all the veggies, the banh xeo had the exact ingredients you expect from the banh xeo. Tastes excellent, even after sitting in the car for an hour drive home. The Muc Nuong Sa Te/ Grilled cuttle fish with house special chili sauce is so perfectly cooked, the cuttle fish is soft and melts in your mouth. The Bun Mam is the best. It is not overwhelm by the mam. Everything in it balanced out and it is the only Bun Mam you want to eat in this state. Khay Cuon Lang Viet is not special enough, but it fills the tummy. Thit Ba Roi, Tom Kho Tieu/ Braised black pepper pork belly and shrimp in clay pot goes perfect with white rice. It is just pure Vietnamese cooking.

This will be my weekly drive for Vietnamese food for the weekend.

Every dish tried delicious, especially the pork meatball soup. It’s unlike anything I’ve found in other Vietnamese restaurants. I'm surprised it doesn't have a following yet. So delicious and comforting, if they ever decide to add Bun Cha Ca with dill to their menu with this broth, it would be a hit.

The tofu was standard, plain fried and breaded nothing special there and the Thai tea hit the spot as always.

Their meatballs are really tasty.

I saw other vietnamese people eating at the time i went (i was pretty early at around 10am for a late breakfast/early lunch) and if the people there are the same ethnicity i usually trust the food is good. and the food was AWESOME.

i did have to drive around to look for parking as i didn't know the area well enough at first, but it wasn't so full that there's nowhere to park.“

I am not exaggerating. Put this as a stop when you go thru Auburn. Now, I am not attesting to anything but their soup. My pallet isn't all that sophisticated, food is food most of the time but not Pho.

I have been to many Pho restaurants in many cities across the country.

This place gets it right, each and every time.

I wrote this 7 years ago. My dad introduced me to this restaurant in 2006! Since then I have been to many Pho restaurants across this nation.

And 7 years later… this restaurant remains number 1 in quality , quantity and consistency.“

-Vermicelli salad (pork, shrimp, fried roll) Yummy 😋

“The service and food are incredible! My husband is vegetarian and wanted a dish with udon noodles and tofu, and the cook just offered to make him something special. We got to talking and told him we were at freight house square waiting for AAA because our car wouldn't start and he offered (unsolicited) to jump start our car for us. He got it up and running and we are so grateful! When we got home we both tasted to tofu udon noodle dish and it was the perfect thing - salty, oily, big, fat noodles with perfectly seasoned veggies and tofu. “Decided to go here on my lunch break. The service was fast. The pho was good and a good portion size. I got a shrimp spring roll. That was good but the peanut sauce tasted store-bought… wasn’t bad though my avocado bubble tea was not great. I think the avocados may have been bad because it was bitter and not sweet at all. The only downside was homeless people kept opening the door and coming in and out of the restaurant.“

“We have lived in several places and have tried lots of places here and elsewhere that sold banh mi sandwiches but these are the best banh mi sandwiches we have had! We think they might make their own buns because they are so very tasty and just as good as the fresh baguettes we had when we lived in France! The sandwich ingredients are fresh and flavorful and we especially love the wonderful paté they include on them, unless you tell them you are vegetarian or vegan. They make the paté themselves and it is also as delicious as any we used to have in France! We like their rice bowls too. If you haven’t been to the “Toast Mi”…located in Lacey…we highly recommend seeking it out and giving it a try. If you like banh mi sandwiches, you will be happy that you did!“

“Pho Thai Vietnamese is my go-to spot whenever I am in Puyallup. I always order the #2 pho small with brisket and steak and it is perfect every single time. The broth is rich and flavorful without being too heavy, the meat is tender, and the portion is just right.
