“What a great find! We live in CA but visit relatives frequently. I'm not sure how we've never come across this place before!
Parkway Tavern checks all the boxes — great beer selection, delicious food, good music, and a really cool neighborhood atmosphere. It's tucked right into the middle of a residential neighborhood and feels like a true local spot.
The French dip was excellent. The roast beef was perfectly grilled, flavorful and tender, and the sandwich was really well done.
Bonus - the bathrooms were super clean!
Great food, great beer, ambiance, location and music. Definitely worth going a few miles out of your way!“

“Found this little gem on a Thursday run with my running group. Stopped in afterwards and had the pear, arugula, goat cheese, and hot honey pizza. Wonderful pizza with all ingredients well balanced, albeit a bit messy. 😉 Was told by the bartender afterwards that next time I could add meat ingredients too. So if you want to guild the lily just ask.
The atmosphere was perfect for an intimate couple with soft lighting, quiet music, and dark colors. This would be a perfect cozy date spot (21+ only, so kid free zone). Plus, afterwards, there is gelato next door.“

“I've always wanted to visit this place, but I always seem to pass it on 6th Ave. It looks like they used to have a large assortment of beers you could have selected, but either the fridge is broken or the business model didn't pan out.
They do have 50 beers on tap with a good selection of wine.
It was quiet but picked up around 4:30, and a few parties took place outside.
I did see kids and dogs enjoying the outside seating.
I did enjoy #50, but it lacked a bourbon barrel flavor.“

“A to Z, this place is nailing it! Fantastic variety of food, 100% recommend their variety platter of sausage and more. The spicy cheese sausage was grand! The staff was so kind and attentive. Made friends around the fire and loved the beer! Will be there again! Prost!“

“A lot of us still miss the old smaller place next door, the new bar is larger, louder and less personal. HOWEVER, there are very few places with as great of a beer selection on tap as Red Hot. Great growler discounts on Mondays, and don't forget the dogs...
Try the Hosmer Dog (or whatever they call the peanut butter and bacon hot dog now) TRUST EVERYONE.“

“This is a perfect spot for a relaxing afternoon. The indoor space is spacious and inviting and the outdoor area is really well put together. I love the view of the fountain and being able to watch the golfers. The service has always been great every time I’ve gone. The baristas are attentive and friendly. I’ll be back!“

“This is a beautiful brewery and the beer is great! The staff members were really nice too. Will definitely return, it’s a great spot.
The Galley food truck was not very good. We got the chicken tenders and the buffalo chicken sandwich. It tasted like the cheapest frozen chicken you could buy. One piece was just very firm breading. The fries were super salty. Very cute truck though!
FYI the lower level is reserved for private events only.
TLDR definitely go here, but make other plans for food!“

“They definitely need better lighting (like more chill) but this is a great bar! Good music, good for games or conversation, almost like hanging out at a family gathering where the dining room is the size of a bar. Drinks are fantastic and the owner is often there working the bar himself and talking with the patrons. Great guy.“

“Food was fantastic, and speedy service. Drinks were very good (Bloody Mary with bacon). Aelysa and team have a great menu with lots of awesome choices. Keeps the authentic vibes of the Pine Cone of years past, but with a new and fresh take. Friendly folks and casual atmosphere. Highly recommend!“

“The beer selection is second to none in the area. The breakfast sandwiches are so good I cannot stop thinking about them. I had the egg salad sandwich with arugula and a delicious wasabi sauce that paired so well with a delicious Pilsner from Melvin brewing. I also had the walk of shame sandwich and the cheese and chives were the perfect combination and exactly what you are looking for in a breakfast sandwich. The buns they use here are of noticeable quality hold up well to the hearty sandwiches. The staff here is also very friendly and makes you feel like a regular even if you are 300 miles from home.“

“Tonight I had the pleasure to try the cuisine at the new Port Orchard location. Yareli took charge of my order at my request. I was served the best fish taco's with Verde Salsa and lime. The three taco's reminded me of eating a chefs delightful creation at a high end Bistro. I was instantly transported back in time to Mazatlán eating on the playa. I would not order fish taco's normally and Yareli picked this winner for me. Each bite was followed by a uhmmm. I expected something to tear me out of this euphoric moment but after downing three taco's I was still firmly planted in Heaven. I was wise to drip the juices and seasoning from the taco into the rice. What a nice way to accent my meal. I braced myself for the refried beans that had grown cool but found them very fresh and delicious. Yareli inquired if I would desire a dessert. I asked her to pick it since her performance on the meal was top notch. Yareli provided a strawberry filled fried churro with the most delicate aroma. I would have licked the plate if I thought I could do it without being seen. Every bite was warm, sweet and delicious. Please don't think ill of me but the only downside to this experience was cheap silverware and the food is placed on a metal tray with a paper liner. It's my own fault after being in the military so long to develop a phobia over dining utensils. So in a nutshell my experience is on par with being given a shiny new high performance car but with the wrong style valve caps for the tires. I have been truly blessed to have this experience on a rainy night in Port Orchard Washington.“
