“Okay i ordered spring rolls twice here on separate occasions and ended up getting one thats still cold in the middle part. I mentioned it the next time i went back and was told they can always replace it. it was cooked by the way just pre-frozen i think. The reason why i find myself constantly going back to Ming Tree in Fort Lewis main exchange branch is because of the staff. I have never met such friendly and kind staffs. The asian female i am not sure but i think she is the manager or supervisor there, but she is the nicest and friendly. The other employee's are just as nice. So i dont care if i ended up getting cold spring rolls in the middle part, if the people make you feel welcomed and extend their kindness to you, i think thats the kind of customer service i will always remember. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work. Oh and food is good.“

“There's no other place in TACOMA I would ever go to for Chinese food BUT HERE!!!! the customer service was above 5 stars i mean THE BEST. it was like our food was ready before we could even think about it. The host was so attentive and gracious. Literally the best customer service I ever got in Tacoma. PERIOD. WHILE serving other patrons. Our food came fast and HOT!!! very affordable. “We've been coming here over 20 years and it is still the best teriyaki around! I think it has changed hands or names a few times but it has always provided the best spicy chicken teriyaki I've ever had.

If you don't like it, you haven't tried it. Everything is awesome but highly recommend the spicy chicken special! Add gyoza or make it combination fried rice to change it up. No matter what, you won't be disappointed!“

“For what it is, this is a pretty good little place, nice and convenient, prices are pretty low and the food is mostly good. The batter on all the various chicken entrees could be fried a little longer, it is usually on the soggy side, but again this is a cheap eating kind of place, and for what you pay it aint too bad. The chicken chow mein and the mongolian beef are the 2 standouts for me. I got there often when I'm shopping or dont feel like driving far or spending alot on dinner. I would rate it slightly below safeway chinese, I give it 4 stars because it is good for what it is as I've said, a cheap decent place to get a quick bite.“

“Probably the best chicken pho I've had in Washington state. The soup base tasted like legit homemade stock. Chicken and toppings tasted fresh.
My partner got the teriyaki/orange chicken. It wasn't the best but it was still a good plate of food with salad, too. I'd go back.“

“I have been eating here since the late 90’s. Their Menu has basically been the same. The Sesame Chicken portion has changed, as different owners have taken over the business, but the flavor hasn’t! (You still get the sweet little crystallized chunks in the corner of the to-go plate. IYKYK) Their Garlic Chicken Wings are also a Classic, & are a must, with their Homemade Sweet & Sour Sauce. ??“

For the money the portions are amazing compared to what other restaurants will give you. Yes the building is not very nice and its cramped in the restaurant but the food is SO worth it.“

“First time trying this place was a couple weeks ago and I have to say I’ve been missing out. Some of the best sushi I have had. I love the “Alaska & Las Vegas” rolls. They do get busy, but if you call head you shouldn’t have a wait time.

Quick service, made to order, SUPER fresh and piping hot. My Family has lived here for six years and this is our number one spot. When we ask the kids where they wanna go, it’s never a question. Don’t wanna eat there? Their pick up service is super quick. Food is still hot and fresh by the time we get home. If you want to eat there, the atmosphere is welcoming, service is quick and bubbly. They are a unit and work as a team.

We went there last night to celebrate my daughter, my parents drove all the way from Snohomish to see us and had never been here. They can’t wait to come back, probably more for the restaurant than to see us lol.“
