“PRICING WAS NUTS: Staff was as nice as can be. Food was great. I asked for no bun on my burger, lettuce instead. Came with a piece of lettuce on the bottom and one on top and they CHARGED ME $1.50 to do it. I know all the restaurants are struggling right now but this was sticker shock for me. I guess I should have asked.“
“Since my local Skippers has been gone for years, I thought I would make the drive to one of the few left. The food was ok, pretty much the same as it was 10+years ago, I am sad that they went back to all-you-can-eat only on Tuesday, but they had done that a long time ago, so it wasn't a surprise. But the fish is different, smaller but thicker pieces, same amount, just cut differently. The fries were pretty good, fresh and crispy.The service was phenomenal, two young men and they were VERY friendly and VERY helpful. I probably would not travel so far just to get the food again, but I might, just to enjoy the amazing customer service that is lacking in so many other places. We were there on Saturday 03/02/24 in the afternoon, steady flow of customers, but not overly busy.“
“We went to dinner at Ivar's on their birthday where they offered the community an incredible sale for one day only. We each got the large prawns and fries, which were delicious! Paid $12.50 and got 2nd order for $1.19. Thank you Ivar's! Happy Birthday!“
“Stopped in to order takeout! Service was fast, food was hot and delicious. So far my favorite are the prawns basket & clam basket. Big in size and flavor. Place inside is clean. So happy to have a quality fish & chip place so close to home. I can't wait to go through the entire menu!“
