“Went as a tourist from California. Had uncles from around the area introduce me to Ivar's when I was little and went to multiple locations across Washington. Had some Cod fish and chips along with clam chowder and calamari. Great for seafood lovers like me. Affordable and great portions as well. Lots of seafood options as well like different fish and shrimp. Taste of the pacific northwest. Hoping to go to Acres of clams and salmon house someday.“

“Walks always one of our favorites. Everytime we go, the staff traets us like family. The food is always good. The hardest part is choosing what we want with so many good options. Both types of chowder are excellent, but I prefer the white chowder. Monday evenings has All you Can Eat for a significantly reduced price. Walllys is awesome.“

“This review is way overdue! Stopped here on a day trip gathering supplies for my tea shop with the hubby! Owner was really kind, fish was crunchy and fresh! Would recommend highly! Living in Port Angeles on the water with fresh fish I am very particular about my fish and chips, these fit the bill! Moist fish, crunchy batter! Could use a tad more spices but I lived in the south so I just want extra spice. 4.5 out of 5 stars! Check them out!“

“I had a wonderful meal at Pigfish Cafe. I had a Hot Pastrami sandwich which was so so delicious. Ample pastrami with melted provolone and mayo. Also a large helping of fries. Great value, excellent service, very friendly, delicious food. Will definitely be going back.“

“I desperately want to give the Renton restaurant five stars, but cannot.Red wagon has some of the best burgers I have ever eaten at a restaurant. I continue to bring lunch clients to this restaurant because the food is delicious and prepared well. The staff is always super friendly and courteous. I did run into a negative policy today; in that they don’t allow outside food in their restaurant. There were three of us and one person wanted to grab something else and then join us and they were not allowed. So the third in our party had to eat somewhere else alone. I understand if you are using a restaurant as a hangout to eat your food and not spending any money it’s not courteous, but when the majority of the patrons are eating in your restaurant, to have a steadfast rule that doesn’t allow for such a concession left a bitter flavor in my mouth. Is it possible to allow for exceptions based on the circumstances in order to allow for a positive experience for everyone? The next time I have a group of people, and one person doesn’t like burgers, I will unfortunately be forced to choose to eat at another restaurant.“

“Absolutely loved Cow & Cod! Had their Fish & Chips and Prawns & Chips, neither one disappointed. On top of that, for the price that you pay, you truly do get your money's worth. I got them both in large servings and it was enough to feed 4 people. They so not skimp on the size of the fish or Prawns. Highly recommend this place and am looking forward to my next visit.“

“Decor is standard ivar’s, so I gave it a default 5 stars. Food is as expected, nicely fried seafood. The Asian lady frying the food seems very on top of things and open to helping the cashier when she has a spare moment. She seems more invested than she should be, so that’s good, right? They also bring your order out to you. I’m used to them calling your name and you have to get your order at the counter. So services is above par for an Ivar’s.

“Located behind security between gates B and C. The Alaskan Paddock Fish and chips was pretty good. I really enjoyed the crinkle cut fries. Be sure to ask for extra ketchup though. They only give you one packet of ketchup for your fries, and it is not enough. Food is all takeout and then try to find seating in the food court just around the corner.“

“We came here for lunch after visiting Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park with our 3-year-old daughter, and it was a great casual family stop.

I had the prawns and fries, which were delicious, and our daughter loved them too. My wife and mother-in-law split the chicken and fries, which worked well since they are not as into seafood. The portions were a good size for lunch, and the prices felt reasonable.

One thing I really enjoyed was the variety of sauces. They had vinegars, tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, and other options, so it was fun to mix and try different combinations with the seafood and fries.

The line moved quickly, the restaurant was clean, and there was both indoor and outdoor seating. We sat inside and were able to use a high chair, which made it easy with our toddler after playground time. Parking nearby was also easy when we visited.

The views here are spectacular, and the location is hard to beat if you are already spending time at the park. We would definitely come back if we visit Gene Coulon again.“
