“One of the better subways in the area! I ordered delivery last night at 9 and my delivery driver didn’t even show up until 2 min past 10 (10 is closing time). I called the store to see if they got my order or what was going on and a very nice girl answered the phone and reassured me that my order had been picked up and the driver was on the way. It’s nice to hear staff being super nice even past closing time! (Some places have people with bad attitudes when they have to do things past closing) but this place is great! To whoever answered my phone call, thank you!“

“We were here for an early dinner to take home. Very clean, everything looked fresh. The trainee employee did a fantastic job. We hope to see him again soon. The other employees did a great job as well. When we got home the sandwiches were perfectly made and delicious 😋“

My son who is 10 ordered his sub amd Andres talked to him and had a conversation while making his sub. He went above and beyond to make my son have a great experience.

“Best location hands down!!! They always greet whoever walks in, they always get my order right no matter how long the lines are. . The line might be long at times but it’s a small price to pay for how exceptional their service is. They always check in with you while you’re in line so you’re not just standing there wondering how much longer before you’re helped unlike the LOWSY PUYALLUP LOCATION. I love the staff! I appreciate the cleanliness! I overall enjoy coming here, which is usually 2-3x a week cause the foods so fresh. This location deserves ALL THE STARS!!! :)“

“We've been going to this Subway for over a year now so I felt like they deserved a shout out. We order our sandwiches in advance on the app about once a month. The sandwich artists have always been on top of it & we've never had any complaints. The sandwiches are always done properly.

“We have been here twice so far. Both times have been very busy, and wait times were pretty long. What people need to understand is that when a new business opens- especially in Puyallup, and in Sunrise Village of all places, it’s going to be VERY busy. The staff has been friendly and professional every time, and the manager is working his tail off. I had never had firehouse subs before…and now this is one of my favorite sandwich places! “Walked in to use a coupon, not too sure on what I could /couldn't get. The worker there was very patient, nice, and clean. My sandwich was very well made, with the perfect amount of sauce (not too much, not too little). She also washed her hands before helping me, and washed them again before helping the next customer. This is refreshing to see since many establishments will hire workers who will be poking at their face, running their hands through their hair, or just touch everything dirty before handling food. She obviously cared and was clean. Applause to you (this was Wed July 29th around noon).“
