“My husband and I went in today to pick up food as I was craving their birria. I mistakenly ordered birria tacos instead of queso birria and realized the issue only as we received our to go bag. I asked if they could swap it and apologized for my mistake profusely. They were so sweet and even explained the difference between the two plates. They corrected my order super quickly and while we waited, they brought us a sample of an empanada they were considering adding to the menu and asked what we thought. The empanada was delicious and would easily be something we order in the future! They were so sweet and hospitable and I truly never have a bad experience here! The food is THE BEST!“

“The food is always good. The gal taking orders and giving us our food at the drive thru has a really bad attitude and is extremely rude. I can see her having a bad night, but she has been this way to us 3 times in a row. I was trying to also give the benefit of the doubt to her, but shoving our bags of food at my husband, rolling her eyes at anything we said. It felt like she had a personal issue with who we were?“

“I was there this morning at open. The two customers in front of me were very impolite and discourteous to the staff. However the staff, and specifically manager, handled the situation with composure and professionalism. I've never had a bad experience at this location with the staff (or food) and that's why I continue to go back.“
