I ordered the breakfast burrito and it was hands down the best breakfast burrito I have ever had, normally places have way too much eggs in them but not here! Perfect! Great coffee too. “The Red Hot is one of Tacoma’s best beer spots. The food is good, great selection of beers, and the service is top notch. Particularly our favorite bartender Elliott, who is such a mensch. He knows the kind of beer I like and is always Johnny on the spot with a great recommendation. My wife thinks he’s super cute, I cannot say, but I’ll take her word for it. He does always smell good, I’ll give him that. Except once when he smelled rather strongly of sauerkraut but that was the result of a rather unfortunate mishap with a 5 gallon bucket of sauerkraut which was entirely outside of his control. He can also spit mad rhymes but only after a few strong IPA’s. Anyway, go check out The Red Hot and if you get Elliott as a server, drop a phat beat on him and watch what he can do.“

“This is a very solid Asian fusion style restaurant with a strong takeout presence. They have a descent menu but their Vietnamese food tends to be better than their Chinese Food. The souper salad is a nice option if you are looker for a liter option but still strong flavors.
One of the biggest draw back is they continue to have health department with Okay and or needs improvement ratings.“

“1st let me say..had food twice, once from order service and other in person. Both times the service and food were great! The manager is very nice and respectful along with the staff. The funny differences from other sushi restaurants are the fact you have to order everything by QR code ( so if you want a mobile device free night..not gonna happen) and your order comes via a robot! Now that I found funny because I kept on despite directions from the “robot waitress” trying to take food from the other shelves until I got used to things. Speaking on getting “used to”..try maybe 1 or 2 times order something small to get used to how the quantities are served. My friend meant to only get 2 of something and ended up with 3 and I had to eat the extra 1 for respect of the dining rules “whatever is left when you are done you must pay for”. Now the “all you can eat” bit. Please understand that the food here is really good and that they offer quite a unique variety of items to try and eat. That is the meaning of the “all you can eat” here. This is not a legit “all you can eat” restaurant . For $30 you are getting way good quality..so do you want good quality or high quantity? In this tight market you can’t really get both. So please be mindful & respectful of this. They do sadly have techniques to let you know when you are reaching “their” maximum..and after much thought…I can respect that. Overall the food, service and everything else was excellent. I ate mostly the sashimi which I thought tasted fresh and buttery when needed to be and when ate rolls I had the rolls that were cooked and those were handled expertly. My friends had the coconut shrimp which was the favorite for them and such like items. One said the ribs were tough and the fried rice was too hard. Overall I will return and be more “menu venturing “ knowing that there is actually a limit. Again..out of respect, please respect quality over quantity.“

“The OPH organization is absolutely wonderful. My daughter and I are visiting WA and ate at the Bothell location. My daughter purchased a forever coffee mug but left it on the table when we left. We contacted the Manager, Cameron, and he was absolutely amazing with coordinating the pick up of the mug at another location. We arrived at the Tacoma location to pick up the mug and eat lunch. The Manager, Alan, was anticipating our arrival and welcomed us with a big smile. He brought us the mug and for the remainder of our visit both our server Jorge and Manager Alan were very attentive. They checked on us regularly and made us feel like VIPs. Thank you to the OPH team for making our experience memorable. Amazing customer service. We will be back, Alan! “The food is excellent. The restaurant is beautiful. And they had a friendly staff. I knocked a star because it's hard to find. We ended up going into the parking garage that they share with an apartment building and it's in the back. Also I over payed for my meal. I got the chiliaqueles but it cost an extra $8 for the steak and $3 to add an egg. It ended up being about $27 and it wasn't worth that price tag when I could have gotten tacos for $14. The food is pretty fairly priced and delicious and the cocktails were amazing. We will be back.“
