“We happened upon this little gem purely by accident because we needed to use the restroom on our way from Roy to Tacoma. I always feel bad asking to use the restroom at a business establishment without buying something, so I checked out the menu and, when I saw they had a sandwich called Ellie's Garden, I knew I had to order it in honor of my youngest granddaughter, Eleanore. The sandwich was phenomenal! I shared it with my daughter and we found ourselves wishing we each had a whole sandwich. We definitely will be returning to sample more of the goodies Blue Steele has to offer!“

“We got there 8 mins before opening and there was already a line of people out the door. That being said, line still went by fast. Employees were kind and helpful.
I’ve heard some people say that the bagels were tougher than they expected but we had the opposite. Our bagels were the perfect texture and were hot. I ordered the Hot To Go with Rosemary Salt bagel and my husband ordered a Plain Bagel with Cinnamon Sugar Cream Cheese. Both bagels were insanely good. They do not skimp on the filling.
If we lived in WA this would definitely be a regular spot for us. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back again next time we visit.“

The main course was a parade of delights! The beef in the yakisoba was so tender and flavorful as was the chicken teriyaki. “This place has become my new go-to spot for a cup of coffee. I brought my Shih Tzu, Rocco, and as soon as we stepped inside, the friendly staff greeted us with a warm smile. They offered us a bone or a Pup-uccino, which was a thoughtful gesture. The ambiance was incredibly welcoming and relaxing, creating a cozy atmosphere. The coffee was exceptional, with a perfect balance of flavor and not too much sweetness. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided top-notch customer service. The comfortable furniture added to the overall experience, making it even better than Starbucks. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great coffee experience.“

“We came in one night on a whim because we had errands nearby. The space is clean and chill, and the staff were super pleasant and welcoming without being overbearing. The food though, oh my god. 11/10, so good. We got it to go since it was only half an hour until closing time, and even with the travel time it was some of the most delicious ramen, sushi, and fried rice we’ve ever had. We had gotten enough to have leftovers the next day but it was so good that we finished all of it. Absolutely will be back.“

So then I called the restaurant and was told the driver had only gotten one bag of food. The restaurant called the driver as soon as they realized he'd only picked up a portion of the order, but the driver's response was a noncommittal 'okay'. They hung up and we hoped the uber driver would return to the restaurant. I then got a call back from the restaurant. The uber driver never came back, so the owner himself drove the food out to our home. WOW. The food was also so delicious!!! Thank you, thank you! We so appreciate our local restaurants!!!“
